Sauna, hot tub, cafe, a complete high end SPA and Salon, work center, daycare and gym! They also have an outdoor area-literally looks like a theme park. They have a bistro as well outside for adults. Coming here is worth it! The clientele is what really motivated me to commit to my health journey, everyone looks so damn good! Staff here is always pleasant! A friend told me about IFF (and trainer Shannon) and I finally got up enough guts to check it out with the 2 week trial. I was hooked after the first class. Shannon is positive, energetic, motivating, and supportive. He challenges you while also assisting with any needed adjustments. The classes are tough - but you can go at your own pace, too. The center is split up into two parts: a small gym (personal training, workouts on your own if you choose) and a group fitness room. Classes range from Core to Kickboxing, with others thrown in for variety, including some Insanity-type workouts. Memberships are monthly and you can adjust them to fit your needs (several times a week vs. unlimited, etc.). As a former martial arts student for many years, I really enjoy this aspect of the classes! I know these types of workouts aren't for everyone, but they're perfect for me. I always leave sweaty and tired, but feeling better because I came. I love the small, community feel here and have been so thrilled with my experience thus far. My account had an old email which I no longer had access to (meaning I couldn't get into the app.) I have called and emailed them numerous times without a response, and the one time that they answered, they claimed that they updated my old email to a new one and sent me a confirmation email to update my app. They never did. And they still haven't answered any of my following calls or emails. I am not paying for a gym membership when I can't even enter the building. Other than that, the gym itself is pretty decent. Wide variety of machines. A little cramped, not that much space in between workout areas. Very average.

I live in the third ward and am able to easily walk here everyday. The 5fh floor weight room has all of the necessary equipment, and the 2nd floor turf area is a great place to stretch, warm up, only do dynamic exercises. The locker rooms could use some updating, but I'm not picky, so this gym has been great. Also, everyone is super nice here. The East Bank community seems to be tight knit and always have activities to take part in!

This isn't a I'm-in-your-neighborhood or you're-in-my-neighborhood kind of thing, this is a mixed space, a common ground, and we ALL need to recognize that and act right. The rules are the rules.
