One time, I went up to one of the attendants to ask where the bathroom is while she was showing her coworker a picture on her phone, and she put her finger in my face as to tell me to wait. Who does that? When I first came to do my laundry, I asked the attendant where the coin exchange is, and she asked me multiple times if I was here to do laundry. I had my laundry sitting inside of the washer just waiting to be started. The attendants don't know how to talk to people and are very rude in tone. There are MORE washers and dryers that are out of order than there are ACTUAL working ones. They lock both entrances after last call making it impossible to get inside when you already have clothes that are finished washing or drying. Overall just a very poorly ran place. I only come here because it's really close to where I live. I literally try to just get in and get out. Otherwise, I would avoid this place.
