We invited to a kid's birthday party at this location. Adam did a great job ensuring the parents and birthday kid was happy the entire event. The parents paid $175 for a 2 hour experience which included time for LEGO derby race, Lego figures, cake, and gifts for up to 15 kids. The company provided LEGO decor, tables, bench sitting, setup and breakdown of the event. All the kids had a great time and loved the entire experience. The party location is at the back of the store where some of the merchandise is located so a few people (adults) would ask you to love to look at items or just stand in front of you. Other weird thing, people would just let their kids who were not invited to the event to just join in and go through the items at the event like cake, presents, food, and LEGO's the partygoers were using. People would even take the seats for the guest and start talking like they were party of the family based event. There needs to be a barrier of some type to prevent this. It that did not happen, I would have given them five stars. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not shop here. I tried to bring my kids legos in to trade and maybe buy some new sets and they just lowball you and try to scam you out of every single dollar. It's a complete scam and this $400 million dollar company should be dismantled. Guys, just shop local. Stop giving your money to these slimy franchisee's. Go to your local shops. Keep your kids away from this place and any other bricks and minifigs locations. Because if it's happening at one of their locations, It's happening at all of them. This place is located inside the Wiregrass Mall and is just an amazing little shop full of mini figs! If you love Legos or mini figs then this is probably your dream come true and an oasis for you! Me, I sat in the front and waited on my husband who just had to go browse and look around at all the sets they have on display and for sale. Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. It appears they also do kids birthday parties. The store was not busy when we went in and they do have the sets that are on display pretty spaced out so you can feel comfortable in browsing. And if you don't want to browse, they have seating in the front of the store. read more

Over priced! Wanted to see what this Lego re-sale store had to offer. After visiting I would have to say it wasn't worth the trip. Found multiple Lego sets that were in the process said being discontinue with price tags that were $20+ over what the Walmart clearance price was. While others were simply used and " Verified", guessing that means all part are accounted for, however, the prices seemed to be "New" prices not used. There is an area to build minifigs, was quite underwhelming and again over price. 3 minifigs for $13 is high. Considering you can buy 3 for $10 at the Lego store in Brandon. Unless your willing to over pay... I would save yourself time and search on ebay. read more

While at Countryside Mall, I noticed a new store that sells LEGOs! It is located on the first floor of the mall. They buy and trade all things LEGO, from tubs of bulk to storage unit sized collections. If it's LEGO, they'll take it. It's a national chain of stores that are mainly located in the western states and now in Canada. I was told that they've only been open for about 7 weeks. They have individual minifigs, bulk bricks, components and accessories. They tout the largest assortment of new, used and retired sets of LEGOs. It looks like that they're building up their inventory but they do have a good amount and assortment of different LEGO kits. This place is pretty awesome. I discovered this company, or franchise, in Billings, MT 4 years ago when my friend and I were driving through. As fate may had it, with some planning on my part, I had some Lego sets I wanted to sell for cash. Much like then, I had the same occurrence when I went here on September 8th to sell some Lego sets. After working with a friendly and courteous employee, I was pretty confident that I was given a fair price to sell Legos that another fan could enjoy. This store is pretty awesome that I "got lost" in looking at all the displays and other sale items that my "new found riches" could have easily gone back to the store. Bricks and Minifigs in Wesley Chapel, FL, I know your tactics! I do have to knock a star off as the acoustics are a bit much on a Saturday afternoon when parents lose their children to the wonders of Legos. At times, it was a bit difficult to hear the employee and that was near the door. If you visit the store, try going there during the week. Whenever you do go, check it out and have fun! read more

Although I didn't interact with the staff except for checkout, I heard them interact with other customers, and they were very friendly. Great selection, bad prices. Bricks & Minifigs (at least this location) had a decent selection of LEGO products. However, their prices weren't good. The main issue was that most of their new and used sets were being sold for prices higher than what most retailers were selling them for. For example, if you wanted to purchase the Ministry of Magic set, you'd have to pay $100 for a new set and $75 dollars for a used set (without the original box and manual). Although $100 was the original retail price of the set, most retailers have it on sale for $70 as of right now. This is embarrassing considering the fact that it would cost $5 more to get a used version of the set here than it would be to get a brand new set from almost any other retailer (for example, Walmart, Target, Amazon, Best Buy, and even LEGO themselves have it on sale). Overall, I am extremely disappointed by the store's prices, and it's collection of LEGO products doesn't really make up for it. read more

Lots to see here, old sets new sets, and everything in between. They have something for everyone's budget if you only want a minifigure or some spare bricks or an entire set. They buy sell and even trade LEGO which is nice. They store has a friendly staff and owner is nice too. I actually prefer this store over the LEGO store in Brandon because there is a lot note to see and do here. read more

This is such a fun store! You can purchase new and retired sets as well as Minifigs. They have a table full of random pieces you can sort through and a build-your-own Minifigs table. Very cool and very fun! read more

This place is great for your Lego lover! My kids really enjoyed making their own custom minifig and looking at all the Lego sets and minifigs for sale. They have big bins full of used loose Legos you can buy in varying size containers or the boxed sets. The guys that work there are fantastic, they are really good with kids and you can tell they really want the kids to have and good experience. You can buy, sell and trade Legos with them, they also offer birthday parties. read more

The nicest staff and owner you could ask for. Great sets and fair prices. My kids and husband love going here! We did a birthday party here as well. The kids build LEGO racers and race them on the ramp. There's time for food/cake/presents after and each kid gets to build their own minifigure to take home. So much easier than dealing with goodie bags! The birthday kid gets a special birthday LEGO figure too. You can't go wrong spending some time and money here.
