Customer service was fine; However, I will never sell/conduct business with Wild Child again due to the simple fact that I was unable to see or receive an itemized copy of the items I sold and the prices they were sold for/accepted for. I was told that they do not keep it in their system and they have no one way of going back. I have never worked with a consignment that did not keep records of their items/inventory sold to them regardless of the timeframe in which accepted or not accepted, which is quite baffling to me truly and to add the cherry on top, I received a total of $37 ($47 store credit) for the 22 items I sold and two of those items accepted were both from GAP, brand new, and never worn priced at $24.95 and $16.95 was quite baffling as well. The items I decided to sell today were brands like Nike and GAP that were unable to be accepted through the consignment shop which I typically do business with unfortunately, but I honestly wish I never conducted business with Wild Child nor accepted the offer as it was not a fair deal and should have just asked for the items to be returned and could have donated the items in the first place as I was going to, but you live and you learn and I definitely learned today lol. I personally wouldn't recommend this place of business when it comes to selling your items but all in all, I hope there is a family out there that will enjoy the items.

After they rummaged through and placed all cards into small boxes she had the audacity to offer me $5! I told her that next time she should tell the person how much they may anticipate before doing such a thing. Overall, the store, with regards to purchasing items seems mismanaged. After browsing through the kids', men's, and women's sections, we went to the beauty section, only to discover that our cart filled with items had gone missing. When we approached an employee for help, she claimed no one had seen our cart and mentioned that employees sometimes take carts they think are abandoned. We explained that we had only stepped away briefly and did not abandon it. To make matters worse, the employee, Faith, was unhelpful and seemed to be watching us closely. When we finally got a manager, Ivy, involved, she also failed to provide any real assistance. It was confusing when Faith later emerged from a back hallway with our cart, especially after the manager stated that abandoned carts were taken there. As we checked out, we noticed several items were missing from our cart. When we asked Faith to check the back for our belongings, she refused and instead provoked us. It felt humiliating, especially with other customers watching. I later contacted corporate for assistance, but their response was equally unhelpful. I spoke with District Manager Ray, who contradicted himself regarding the situation. Overall, I felt judged and discriminated against during this experience. I hope no one else has to go through what we did. I cannot recommend this location based on how we were treated. also it's been over 2 weeks with no updates after being ensured i would be called.

Then you can wander over to the other part of the store and look at the classic toys you grew up with and reminics about how much your Heman collection would be worth. The store manager just said "and after discount and a two year warranty your total is $$$." When I asked if he put the warranty on before he asked if I wanted it he backpedaled and started removing it. He explained it was his job to show the value of the purchase, I argued I didn't want anything on the ticket if I wasn't even asked about it first. He had plethora of things to say on why he did it, all avoiding the fact he did not ask me if I wanted it in the first place. As soon as he rang me up with the extra charges the POS system immediately asked for payment information.If someone weren't paying attention they'd be spending more than they bargained for. Warranties are fine. We need transparency in transactions. This was borderline deception on the manager's part.
