I then called again a week later and got their voicemail and left a message. No one called back. I then called later in the day and got someone on the phone. However. I wasn't sure if it was them because they didn't answer the phone as a business. It actually sounded like I called someone's house. After I explained why I was calling I was told (over the background noise, that I had to ask her to repeat herself) she told me that they didn't know when the art classes would start again. I gathered that some instructor was away but I couldn't hear anything else. So before the call ended I asked if they were starting up again in March or April or she wasn't sure. "Not sure. Don't know." That was the reply. I almost apologized for bothering them since she had such an indifferent manner in the phone. I see they have relatively good reviews but based on my experience I can't concur.

Arsenio was our staff belay person and he was great at encouraging my son and I (especially) to keep going to the top and we did on a couple walls! Staff here is nice and welcoming but we were a little confused on where to leave our things but luckily I spotted lockers in the bathrooms, no lock needed - there's instructions on how to set it up nearby! We had so much fun challenging ourselves to something new like this and will be back again, soon. Parking in Hoboken is always tricky but not too bad on a Thursday night when we came just arrive early to look for a spot. And book online!

Everyday he happily goes to school and has a passion for learning. Can't wish for more... He is currently an 8th Grader and is receiving great support for the high school applications. Obviously this school is not perfect, and no school can or will be, but Stevens is constantly adapting and listenning as a community, that's what matters to our family. My son learns about transparency and about growth within the school. He is a happy kid, learning in a safe environment. I have to say, as a family, in the Stevens community, we are all happy here.

The facility had several soccer turf fields, gymnastics area, and couple of basketball courts. The lobby area had a ton of awards, medals and trophies that all the teams won. There were multiple vending machines as well. There were several party rooms at the back side. The rest rooms were kids friendly, as they had mini sinks at lower height for smaller kids. There were multiple staff members assigned to conduct the party. First they took the kids to basket ball courts where they did some relay running, played dodgeball and then did rope tug wars. They took the kids to fountains for water break few times. After the activities, the kids went back to party room where they were served pizzas, fruits, cheese platter, juice and sodas. The pizzas were decent. Finally they orchestrated the birthday song, assisted with cake cutting ceremony and handed slices of cakes to everyone. Overall the service from them was nice.
