And ten minutes later the large pizza and personal arrived. The buffalo pizza was decent but lacked chicken as requested, there were a few pieces scattered. The pepperoni was a greasy and oily mess. If you held it sideways, the plate filled with greasy oil. The plain was luke warm with the cheese barely melted. The spaghetti with meat sauce was overpowering on the meat sauce and little on the pasta. The carbonara was awful. Cold breaded chicken on top of scalding hot olive oil that was separated from the cheese sauce - it was not mixed or prepared well. This isn't the first time they have served me sauce that was broken. The bacon was not an accent either - it was the entire base of the oily, massacred cheese sauce. I have never had a pasta that unsettling. I still feel raw from the amount of oil it was enveloped in. We used to enjoy Carlos. The service could be questioned at times, but yesterday confirmed that they are not using feedback or trying to improve on the quality. We will only use for them for pizza. If we even do that.
