But with this type of counter service you need to have your menu posted on the wall not on tiny papper folds taking up space on your counter. Drinks are great, had a refreshing lemon ginger ade that was so cleansing and a killer veggie flat bread wrap! I mean good!! Breakfast menu had a delightful egg and veggie sandwich and is served all day! Would appreciate some vegan options. Small establishment so they are still only accepting cash and local checks, bummer. Also a lot of their items are overpriced 6 bucks for a bowl of soup?? Four for a cup of lemonade?? But it's a great place to come in and chill, plus the people watching here is hilarious!! If the brown sugar & bacon scones weren't reason enough to get out of bed, the sandwiches are a thing of understated, scrumptious elegance. If you're tired of pale pink thinly sliced nothings passing as tomatoes, go to Brickhouse and have your faith restored. The food is real and prepared with care. The only reason this place is not a solid five comes down to the details. First of which is the pricing, great tasting food all be it smaller portions but each bite is so flavorful. I stopped in for a coffee while visiting town for a class. I order a Honey Latte and a hot breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was very good but the Latte was AMAZING. I don't remember the last time I enjoyed any coffee drink so much, the young man even but an artistic touch by adding a beatific feather and a honey bear to the top. This place is an absolute gem, I will stop in the next time I find myself in Willits. The ambience is great and the couches made it easy with kids. They do not have high chairs, so if you have little ones just bring your own and they only take cash. The coffee is ok here. The food is also ok. It's overpriced to be honest. And I hate to be negative on here but the service is usually crawling if the owner is there working. And he usually gets your order wrong and blames it on the cashier. And $2 for an extra egg on your sandwich?! Is business that slow that you have to charge $2 for an egg? That's not small town biz. The Super Popper breakfast sandwich, or B5 on the menu. Top notch tasty ingredients, down to the brioche bun. Hands down best coffee I've ever tasted in my life!! I live in the Bay Area and stopped in Willits visit a customer on my way out for vacation. Have the husband and kid with me. We did a help search and found this place. My husband ordered the "Bullet Proof" coffee which is made with organic butter and coconut oil...literally best taste ever! My daughter had the fresh squeezed cucumber-lemon juice which I made her share with me:) The staff are super friendly, great spot with comfy seats and coloring for kids. I will be back!! read more

This place is great! After years of changing hands, I was happy to know that the latest owner has it down. Their coffee is supreme and I loved that they had hemp milk and coconut milk instead of soy. This place is so great! Been here a handful of times and I am never disappointed. Today I got the tuna salad sandwich with a blended chai and was so glad I did! I also really like the atmosphere of this place -- the brick wall with the classy textured ceiling mixed with strings of light gives it a homey yet hipster feeling (in the best way).
