He showed up to my house in Hidden Valley back in February and we negotiated a price to pave my driveway. I also gave him the job to pave my elderly parent's driveway. His contract said he warranted it for 7 years and would be back in April to seal coat it for free. Within days both driveways began to crumble and within weeks grass and weeds started growing through the pavement. I called and called him! He only answered once saying he would come by and take care of it. He never showed up so the now every time I call, there is a recording that says the number has calling restrictions. I've filed complaints with BBB, DPOR and my attorney has paperwork to get the suit started. It seems he is MIA however! Anyway, has anyone else dealt with this guy? He's about late 20's, short with brown hair and has got a heavy Irish accent. He got me for $9000 that day! I hope Karma catches up to this loser!!!!!!

He fit us in an already packed schedule and came to take care of the driveway and roof and also clean off the generator, heat pump, etc. while we were away and sent pics - he was highly conscientious, a great communicator, and did a great job. He did such a good job that two weeks later when we were heading back, the driveway was totally clear even after another few inches fell the day before. I only knew that because he went to check himself to make sure we could get in our driveway...which we easily could! All along, William's customer service, honesty, and business ethics were top-notch. He will be our first call in the future and I strongly recommend he be yours as well. I hired this company to seal and re-stripe the parking lot at my commercial building…read more Unfortunately, the seal coat began failing well within the first year, despite the fact that the building has remained vacant and the parking lot has experienced very little traffic. When I contacted the owner (Leon) about the premature failure, rather than inspecting the work, he suggested that something must have happened to the parking lot after the job was completed. Since then, I've had multiple contractors inspect the lot. They all consistently expressed concerns that the failure was likely related to surface preparation or the conditions under which the seal coat was applied. What has been most disappointing has been the lack of customer service. Despite months of communication, the owner never came to inspect the work firsthand. Our last conversation was that he would consider re-striping in June, but I never heard from him again. I understand that issues can arise with any project. What matters is how a contractor responds when they do. Unfortunately, my experience was one of defensiveness, poor communication, and no meaningful effort to resolve a job that failed prematurely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company
