My wife purchased a TV with a TV table at the same time from the Brick in LaSalle. She was told that the TV stand was the right one for the size of the TV. After assembling a TV stand and placing the TV on top, we noticed that the legs were too long and the TV was too heavy for the stand as well as damaged. We attempted to call the storeto inform them.of the situation. However, after being placed on hold for over an hour, we drove 35 minutes to the store. When we got there my wife went in to take care of the matter but was disrespected and disregarded by the manager. She returned to the car upset a d I went in to deal with this man. The manager told me that I need to be take pictures of the table for proof the models aren't a match in order to schedule a pick up(which they knew simply by seeing my order). We simply want the furniture picked up and our refund. The manager reassured me that the TV would be picked up a week later December 28, 2025. We went home, took the pictures they wanted and sent it to them by email supplied. A couple of days later we received a call confirming the pick up of the table on December 28, 2025 to be available this day. Now we are December 28 2025, we spent the whole day waiting for the pick up which didn't happen. Realizing, it was getting late, we called the brick to be told that the pick up team decided they weren't working today! We explained we were told today and remained available for the pick up. We expressed that this was unacceptable! We're hostage to this TV table in our house going on three weeks and counting. We are attempting to contact the brink through different resources in order to get sometype of after sale service and respect. If a higher level of management could contact us to help with our situation that would be appreciated. We could also supply additional details of the disrespect demonstrated towards my wife. Receiving this type of after sale treatment by a store manager, runaround expressing no mercy for our time is frustrating. Also, if ever someone contacts us I could elaborate on the disrespect and arrogance received.... Its hard to think that we will ever do business with the brick again! I need help! The TV table needs to be removed from my house earlier than Sunday... What am I supposed to do on New year's when I receive people in my home? these people are thieves. bad customer service, charge you guarantees and tells you you'll get your money back but no. they won't even bother giving you a store credit / gift card of the value. you have 3 months to spend 400$ in order to get your guarantee money back. thieves ! read more

My sofa that was supposedly going to be delivered last week came damaged. It did not even get into my home. No one contacted me to schedule a new delivery nor I can talk with the store, no one picks up the call - again, customer service line, no one picks up the call at the St-Hubert store. I went there a year ago, but now that I found Yelp, I have to talk about this place. The good: Nothing is good about this place. The bad: Manager is awful, mad, and annoyed at us. Cannot bargain, or will throw an insulting offer. Quality is cheap (the couch actually broke when we tried it). Did not feel sorry for the couch breaking on us. Did not want to help us anyway. We left. This store made me turn my back on The Brick all together. Did not go back since (Brault & Martineau handles our business now). Avoid at all cost!!! Rating should be more like 0 stars.... Worst experience of my life... quality of customer service is TERRIBLE I purchased two products which were supposed to be delivered BRAND NEW .... I received a stained and broken couch, and mattress that was falling apart. Got a replacement counch sent to me which was STAINED... the problem in all of this is not only am I dissapointed in the quality of the product.. but not ONCE did someone apologize to me for any inconvenience... Instead I was told I was a difficult customer, that I was the first to complain.. and was asked... well what do you want?Your money back.. Very frustrating! Never shopping there again!! read more

I never got a confirmation call to confirm delivery time. There is an issue when the company does deliveries 7 days a week, but customer service is not open on Sunday. I had no one to call. I tried to call the store and they only open at 10 am. The truck ended up arriving at 9:00 am. The only reason I didn't put one star is because the delivery crew was really nice. read more

Go elsewhere...seriously, I am 46 and never have I experienced service so poor (ok maybe Bell). My niece, (her first apartment and has no other fridge) purchases a refrigerator and stove and was delivered Sunday, plugged fridge Monday am, still not cold in the pm, call them get transferred to the Trans Global Insurance Company. Ok the repair company should be there Tuesday. Tuesday they call at lunch to let us now they will arrive in the next 24 hrs. To much time waiting had time to think... Forget it we want a new fridge, not a repaired fridge...IT'S NEW! Have to go to the store and get upset, manager comes, works things out, orders a new one to be delivered...only Friday. Ok so its Friday I am waiting for the delivery promised early...wow it was! UNFORTUNATELY it is dented and the plug is damaged too. Refuse the order. Call the store get transferred to Trans Global again, call back warn not to transfer and talk to the Manager, at first she says we should have accepted the fridge and they would have taken the one that does not work.......what the...they both don't work OMG. Have to get upset again, now they will try to send another one today...even when it will finally get here believe me, we will never put a foot in that store..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more
