This place contracts out their installation. The people in the store will promise you anything , but you need to flip a coin as to what kind of installation quality you're going to get. Brian's just finished my annual spring carpet cleaning. I have been using Brian's for over 25 years. They always do a terrific job especially with pet stains. I had to call them twice for basement leaks and they responded immediately regardless of the time of day. Staff (Ken) is prompt and professional. Just had our kitchen floor replaced and put in new carpeting this past weekend. Very unprofessional. . No one calls you back. We have a hardwood floor in our dining area on the opposite side of the kitchen. The kitchen floor was being replaced. They put a nice gash in my hardwood floor. They said they would come back to finish some detail work haven't heard from them. Customer service at the business location is awful. Do not waste your time here. A friend of mine had their house done. The installation is very nice. But they said they would come back and do some detail work but never did. They called several times and was told each time...someone will call you back. But they never called back. Sorry but when you spend over $20,000 on a job, it should be done right. read more

I recently moved to area and was searching for a local company to renovate my new home with flooring and carpet. I wanted to go to a local place rather than big chain like Lowes or Home Depot. I had pleasure to deal with Dennis who helped me make my selections and coordinate the timeline I was working under. Unfortunately he left the store and consequently I had to deal with new guy who replaced him. I had some unresolved issues with carpet installation. Stopped by store to meet new guy Jamie or Jessie... he listened to me .. shook my hand and gave me his word the two carpet seams that I was very unhappy about would be resolved. They After all...say they guarantee their work. Turns out they don't... he told me twice the installer would contact me to resolve but never heard. Stopped by store second time to discuss again was told would get call... again never did. They do not keep their word and don't guarantee work done by installers.
