Removal of tile was remiss and completely unprofessional. No straight tile cuts, just hacked away. There were tile pieces and debris shoved behind cabinet kick plates (which when reattached were held in place with torn cardboard pieces to attempt leveling). Uneven subfloors weren't sanded (leaving areas where lvp actually bends underfoot and has cracked). Tile cut under doors is way offset. Stair nosing doesn't meet up with flooring. December will be 3 years we've had these floors. There are numerous gaps, sliding planks and cracks. Not a day goes by that we wish we had worked with another company! So disappointed!

Remita documented that Bastian left a heating iron on the carpet too long causing the pad and carpet to be stuck together, therefore ripple kept getting worse over time.
