I had not gone for 4 months because my health was having an issue in the hospital not being able to drive per Dr orders. I made an appointment brought my Charlie in and I have been bathing him and brushing him all the time to make sure he had no knots in his fur. I dropped him off and when I went to pick him up they said because I hadnt been in a while the fee was 118. when I normally pay 61. I think that was out they did that and so convenient they didn't tell me when I dropped him off they waited for me to come and pick him up then told. I think that was so unfair my friend was so upset when I told her she says I should not have paid that price who doubles a fee without saying a head of time to your customer. my last time there I went to pick my dog up and the owner had to rush her dog to vet and she used my dogs collar I had to wait an hour fur her to get back so I could leave that was a really big inconvenience. I would watch about giving barks and bubbles your business I won't anymore. I will probably put a statement on fb as well this was really an underhand way of doing busness.

She's not only skilled--she's genuinely caring, and it shows in every interaction with our fur babies. Willow was recently diagnosed with an enlarged heart, and when we shared the news, Kerry didn't just offer a quick "I'm sorry." She became visibly emotional, as if Willow were her own. That tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person she is. During Willow's grooming, Kerry took extra care to keep the experience as low‑stress as possible, knowing grooming isn't Willow's favorite activity. Willow adores seeing Kerry, even if she's not a fan of the grooming itself. At Peace Love Paws Grooming, you never have to worry about how your pets are treated--they are loved, respected, and cared for as if they were family.

I've been using Rochester Dog Walkers for almost two years now for my 6 year old rescue dog. I work…read morelong days, and while he's generally a couch potato, he loves to get outside and really likes (most) people so I like having someone come give him some company and let him out a few days a week. RDW has two different scheduling options - you can schedule on your own as needed or you can join the Pack which includes a walk every weekday (at a discount) as well as several other benefits. My work schedule is (unfortunately for me) variable, so a pack membership just didn't make sense, though it would almost certainly be worth it for someone who needs that consistency. The "a la carte" option is very simple - just request your walks for the following week by Wednesday. I try to request several weeks at a time, but on occasion my schedule comes out late or I forget, and RDW has always been very helpful. I work some evenings, holidays, and weekends and RDW can accommodate all of those which is rare. Customer service is AMAZING. I really appreciated the time B took on our first meeting to get to know my dog and to ask such great questions to figure out what my needs were. Likely due to my ever changing schedule, there are multiple dog walkers who come to my house. I've never had an issue with any of them. Any time a new staff member needs to be introduced to my dog, one of our existing walkers comes with to facilitate that process. Communication is easy; when I have had to get in touch with them I have always had a response within a few hours. You can send an email or chat directly with walkers in the app. My dog has some personality quirks (unsure what life was like for him before being with me) that we've had to work with - RDW has been very understanding about this and willing to work with us to make sure everyone, including my dog, stays safe. In general, RDW makes me feel like I have people in my corner who care about my dog as much as I do. Seeing the update from my dog walker that day and photos is always a bright spot during a hectic shift at work. I know my guy is having the best time with his friends at RDW, and I am so happy I found this business. I cannot recommend RDW enough. Worth every penny.

In general, the same caregiver comes each day to feed, play with and walk them. The dogs behavior has improved significantly since RDW started providing a sense of routine for them, instead of me fitting them in whenever I can. A dream come true really. The service is friendly, prompt, and accommodating and their fees are incredibly fair.

My dog can leap and sprint past that before it activates. Additionally, they left the collar on training mode, for my 100lb German Shepard. Worked until two weeks ago when my dog decided to break the fence again without issue. I then tested it myself, to find out the collar wasn't activating past the line. Called today and was told to pay a $115 service charge to have them come diagnose the issue with their system. Website lies, it's not the best system, not 100% success rate.

We went on a family vacation for almost two weeks, and when we came back, Miss Pickle had clearly been well-fed, cleaned up after, and loved. We also got multiple photos from Elizabeth while we were on our trip. She responded to our texts with questions immediately, but she almost always sent us updates before we thought to ask. And ever since we came home, Miss Pickle has been more affectionate, brave, and playful then before we went on our trip. I am going to say that is because of the consistent care and affection that she got while we were away, as well as some sort of wonderful magic from Elizabeth. We cannot thank her enough for the care she clearly gave Miss Pickle.
