Irene is a godsend!…read more I have problem eyebrows. Due to over plucking when I was younger, they no longer extend very far across my brow ridge, Left in the hands of lesser talented aestheticians, they can either look like short stubby caterpillars or thin lines across my broad forehead. Irene is one of the VERY few who can actually make my eyebrows look sculpted without appearing artificial. I finally feel confident that my eyebrows look nice and professional. Her prices are also VERY reasonable. I got an eyebrow and lip wax for $15. Her work area is clean and well maintained. My sister, who has the prettiest eyebrows, has been going to Irene for over 10 years. I don't know why I haven't gone to her sooner.

It almost seems like she's just casually going "snip, snip, snip," and then suddenly you walk out looking like a million bucks. After the kind offer from the spa owner to return for a follow up, I was able to schedule another…read moreappointment to have the RN Leilani, give me advice on why my previous visit didn't seem to measure up to what I was expecting. I guess my advancing age and number of dermal injections have become a matter of recommending and deciding on the number of syringefuls that are necessary to fill in lines that just seem to increase as time moves forward. Maybe I was in denial, because my past spa visits elsewhere didn't require as much filler as I seem to require now. Putting my denials and discouragement aside, I broke down and agreed to try another brand of dermal filler called Radiesse. It is a little thicker and with time and consistency, it promises to stimulate your body's own collagen production! I have high hopes that it will at least give me better results. The spa owner gave me a 20% discount on my second visit. Beauty isn't cheap, but I highly recommend the Beauty Chateau for anyone looking to improve their appearance and maybe take a few years off at the same time! Unfortunately, I'm back to write an update on this review with poor results. The Radiesse I had encouraging hope for did not last. In fact, it was fading away after about a month. I'm not sure if the products are not as good as they used to be or my age is the factor. I'm very discouraged that dermal fillers are no longer giving me the extra boost I was once excited about. Do I try another brand? Must I get double or triple doses? Will I be wasting my money once again? Right now, I'm debating about what to do next as I continue paying off the previous injections placed on my charge card....

This time around, my fiancé and I came in and there were 2 other people ahead of us. Perfectly fine we waited. The girl that was working was a bit younger and slower. It was finally our turn. She started off okay, but then got really slow and was doing one area at a time really slowly. It hurt a lot, and she cut both of us. She asked us to hold our hands on our eyelid and forehead area above the eye brow, which was completely normal but she had trouble with pulling the hairs, because she must've gone back at least 3 times back to the same spot, after she had left the area. She pulled so hard that we both had open bleeding cuts when we left. She was really young and inexperienced. I wanted to give this place a shot after my normal place closed down, but 2 times in a row is a miss for me. Usually when getting my eyebrows threaded it's usually a quick in and out service, but this was the worst experience I've ever had.
