The practice itself is small, but everyone is welcome and everyone feels like family. You do have to call ahead because Dr. John and all of the doctors here get very busy. When you get to the office, you should expect to wait 15-30 minutes because Dr. John likes to take his time and talk to his patients to make sure they have all the care they need. When you leave the office you will be sure that you were given a full evaluation and that you were well taken care of. I highly recommend this doctor office to anyone. They provide great care and they are all very friendly!

The office staff (a solid 5 stars) was exceptionally friendly and welcoming with everyone that came to check in for their appointments. The intake nurse, Shonda, was very thorough in reviewing the initial questionnaire and adding detail according to the review. Based on the responses of his medical history, she took the liberty of ordering copies of labs from my dad's recent visits to the hospitals and blood labs. Although the reviews were accurate on the wait time, Dr. Kanj and his level of expertise were a breath of fresh air. His jovial and ultra knowledgeable bedside manner was refreshing in a time where physicians just basically spend the bare minimum amount of time and effort actually getting to know their patients. He made it his point to communicate effectively with my elderly dad in an effort to gauge his diet and diabetes management. In the end, he provided a solid game plan to regulate the disease and we are looking forward to what the future has in store under his care. Now..about that wait time (4stars), please bring a book, fully charged phone, meditation exercises, etc.. but based on today's experience, Dr. Kanj is well worth the wait!

They don't send new prescription to the pharmacy on time and I also ran into an issue with her billing office trying to charge me for an EEG from over a year ago, which was covered by my insurance. I ended up having to switch doctors because I've been trying to get an appointment for several weeks now. I'm sad because I like Dr Wu, but I can't call every day until someone answers.
