The practice itself is small, but everyone is welcome and everyone feels like family. You do have to call ahead because Dr. John and all of the doctors here get very busy. When you get to the office, you should expect to wait 15-30 minutes because Dr. John likes to take his time and talk to his patients to make sure they have all the care they need. Within minutes, I was called in the technician and I changed out of my clothes into a provided hospital robe. I suggest leaving all jewelry at home and values away. There no locker. Your personal belongings will be left in the room unattended. Other than that, the technician will guide you what angle to lay down and provide any pillow wedge necessary. It is a closed mri so good thing I'm not claustrophobic. You'll be given ear plugs to limit the loud volume coming from the mri machine. Once the mri is completed, you can go back to the change your clothes and at the receptionist desk, pick up a cd of the mri images. The report finding is provided a week later online. You'll be given and code to enter online to view/print your report. The doctors office will automatically receive the same report. This place has great hours, parking, it's clean.
