The doctor literally had her food piled up on the patient's examination table. They tried measuring my height without taking my heeled booth off (despite the fact that I asked them multiple times). They make you stand and wait to see the doctor outside her office, hearing all the sensitive information about the patient ahead of you. I just cannot believe the amount of unprofessionalism and inappropriate conduct of a healthcare office that is not cited by public health. I feel really bad for anyone still receiving services here. How are they even open? How hasn't anybody filed a lawsuit against this private practice office?

The first time we came and learned that their computer failed so all appointments were canceled. Next time we came and there was an equipment malfunction so again, all appointments were canceled. Total loss of time. If they don't know, some people are actually working and have to take a leave from the job to see the doctor. Also, they have a smallest waiting area I ever saw. It's a very small space outside the office right between two doors and you cannot even see a receptionist from there. It's like they do not let you in and makes you wait outside hiding behind the closed second door. Apparently, patients are not good enough or noble enough to stay in one room with office stuff.

Worst experience ever. I wouldn't take a nyc rat to be treated over here! This place is filthy…read more They barely speak English. It's hot. No air condition. Ceilings are so low. Windows are closed. Did I mention filthy? Even though I saw all of this, I thought to myself, "this is who my sons regular doctor referred me to since he's on vacation." My sons regular doctor, great person, great doctor, clean place, and he's very reassuring. So why he referred me here? I don't know. Now I'm inside. Before seeing the doctor, of course the assistant is doing her thing. Vitals, history, etc. the way she took my sons temperature: she stuck the thermometer underneath his arm pit with his shirt on. Read 97.3. "Ok no fever" is what she says. She asks me how tall is he. I say 36inches. She says no that to big. After she checks for herself, behold, my son is 36 inches. She weighs him with his clothes on. She doesn't get a heart rate. She tries to get a history and doesn't even know what we are saying because she barely speaks English. Fine. I'm still saying my sons regular doctor sent me here for a reason. Alas! The doctor finally comes, doesn't do a full assessment, and misdiagnosis him. I tried asking her several questions regarding what she said was the problem. After her reply, she just asked her so called assistant to print out something to explain to me what she diagnosed my son with. At this point, I took my son and left. I than took my son right away to the pediatric urgent care in Atlantic avenue. Clean, bright, friendly. The assistant came in, took full set of vitals. And guess what?! My sons temperature was 100.3. The doctor came in, did a thorough assessment and diagnosed my son with something other than this woman said. Had I not come to this urgent care, I would of been giving my son the wrong medication.

Everyone I met in labor and delivery from in-take, triage, attending Ob-gyn, day and night nurses, blood pressure attendants, lactation consultant, and hospital pediatrician were very kind and friendly. I had to forego an epidural since I was already 8 cm dilated when I arrived, I probably deafen everyone with my screaming that day. But, through it all, my labor nurse was super sweet and soothing and coached me past horribly painful 10/10 contractions, telling me when to push and reassuring me I wasn't in danger of dying. My baby was delivered safely and immediately given to me for skin to skin. They are very big on promoting breast feeding but if, you choose not too they have formula. The delivery room was huge and spacious so it's a bit of a contrast to the smaller shared recovery room I was taken too next. It's not fancy but I'm only staying for two nights, all I cared about was if it's clean (check), there was a bathroom/shower in the same room (check), and there was a cushioned recliner for my husband to sleep overnight in (check), and the baby stayed in a bassinet next to me the entire time. Luckily, I had the room to myself most of the time, I only received a roommate very late the second night. If, you have the money you can ask for a private room. The food was actually very tasty, an attendant came around and asked me menu choices. Dinner was salmon, mashed potatoes, kale, cheesecake, Breakfast was sausage, bacon, roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit cup, blueberry muffin, Lunch was a pasta bolognese, string beans, French lentil soup, and jello cup. There was various fruit juices you can choose, milk, coffee, and tea. I would have stayed for a week, if my insurance would have paid for it. They do provide a purple bag of supplies with essentials. There was a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, towel, squirt rinse bottle, dermoplast pain relief spray, loads of maxi pads, hospital absorbent bed pads, bath wipes, packs of maternity underwear, an extra gown, and socks. Upon checking out of the hospital, I was gifted diaper packs and baby wipes and I was told I could take everything in the baby bassinet, so I got loads of extra baby supplies, kimonos, swaddles, a nasal bulb, and a bath water bowl. I highly recommend the maternity labor and delivery unit and already plan to give birth at NYU Langone Brooklyn Hospital again.

The Fdny made a huge mess one would think they were doing CPR absolutely not my husband fell on the floor they broke the recliner knocked a vase over in my kitchen I had marbles everywhere I would not use them again instead of calling ER id call a pvt ambulance like Lufe Line Midwood. I never seen such unprofessional work in my life because my husband is a big man I requested the FDNY to lift him. I have to say we used lifeline home from rehab and yes Midwood 3 guys not 6 or 8 carried my husband up a flight of stairs no problem no mess just did their job with excellence Sha m e on FDNY Castle on the Holl fore fept a real disgrace

I made an appointment for 12:45, and although we were taken to a room right away, the experience went downhill from there. The doctor who saw my father seemed like he had no clue what he was doing. He told us my dad tested negative, then randomly asked if he wanted antibiotics--without explaining what they were for. I had to ask. He then said, "It could be an upper respiratory infection." Could be? I need a doctor to be sure, not guess. He didn't prescribe anything because my dad is on multiple medications. My dad told the doctor to call his nephrologist to see what he can prescribe him since he's on multiple medications. I called this morning only to find out they're not prescribing anything since it's viral--information that was never told to us yesterday. And being told to follow up with his nephrologist made no sense at all. That's a kidney doctor. What does that have to do with a respiratory illness? The supervisor at the desk was really nice and the only person who seemed to know what she was doing. But overall, they seriously need REAL doctors who are confident, clear, and knowledgeable. I would NEVER go back to another CityMD. I'd rather sit in the emergency room--at least I know I'll be seen by real doctors who know what they're doing.
