I got into a car accident last year and he took me on believing that he was gonna get paid by an insurance company. When I realized that my claim wasn't gonna be paid by the insurance company that I had to pay for it all I started paying cash for every visit. However, I ran up quite a bill because he kept dragging out the appointments instead of fixing the situation. When I was getting close to being done seeing him, he told me to make 12 payments of $250 to pay off my tab. I got all the way down to 11 payments paid and then all of a sudden his receptionist told me that I owe him $8000 that's right $8000 after paying $3000. So when he took me to self pay, he left the charges that he was going to charge insurance company at $150 each visit when the actual payment for every visit is $50 so he wants me to pay him like I'm an insurance company that's some very nasty billing practices, sir And I'm gonna I'm gonna take you to court! read more

This man is an absolute wizard! Two years of SI pain, PT, chiro, and massage therapy didn't resolve it. One single session with Dr. Ito and my SI paint went away. Had to go back in for a few re-adjustments, but always left the office better than I came in. I can't recommend this man enough! He is incredible! read more

Dr. Ito is seriously the BEST!! I feel so much better when I leave his office! He is so knowledgeable, kind, and an EXPERT in his field.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ito for almost 15 years. I usually go after long flights, crooked sleeping posture or whenever I feel pain, and I feel almost brand new immediately after. He always looks beyond the pain points I mention and is interested in the whole wellbeing of the patient. He has helped the plenty of people I have referred over the years as well! Thanks Dr. Ito! read more

Dr Ito and Massage therapist Paul R. Are kind, caring and professional! This was my first time visiting the office and was impressed with the care and overall experience of staff and practitioners. Dr. Ito and Paul both asked questions about my aches, pains, and listened to my answers. Dr. Ito provided treatment and informed me about the procedures and ensured that I was comfortable and understood the process. Paul was careful in applying the adequate amount of pressure ensuring my comfort. The relief of pain and sense of ease in my body was immediate! I haven't felt this good in years! I will continue caring for my health with Ventura Holistic care Dr Ito, Paul Richardson and looking forward to meeting other practitioners in his office! read more

I heard numerous great reviews about Dr. Ito from my co-workers and decided to go in when I could not take the pain in my lower back anymore (what can I say, I'm pretty stubborn and nervous since I'm 33 weeks pregnant). He was so nice and professional; the experience was easy and so helpful! My back pain was gone by the next day. He made accommodations for my baby bump and was helpful when I was getting up and down. The office is also a nice, relaxing place. The front staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. You should go see Dr. Ito for your needs. read more

My husband has had back issues for as long as I can remember. I would go to the office for acupuncture and I always noticed a sort of "buzz" around Dr. Ito so I told my husband you should try this chiropractor. So my husband called and made an appointment with Dr. Ito, and has been going for about 3 weeks now. I can say that not only does my husband feel a difference but I see a noticeable change in his personality so his visits benefit the family as well. Thank you Dr. Ito. read more

I began seeing Dr. Ito in August 2022 when my insurance changed. I saw him about 11 different times and was extremely satisfied. He always took the time to listen to what I felt was wrong, and was always willing to offer suggestions. I appreciated his thoughtfulness in asking me questions about my sleep and exercise as well, since those can play a factor in overall health. He was always very kind and respectful. I am also pregnant and felt comfortable going to him. I only stopped because we are moving. read more

Dr. Ito is friendly, patient, knowledgeable with many years of experience and it showed as he listened to my concerns and took the time to explain his procedures and even gave me in-depth reasons for the pain I was in and also provided me with long term methods of care. I've been going here for about 3 years now. I had been to chiropractors before but had some negative experiences and frankly I was kind of terrified to try a chiropractor again. But I have family and friends that kept telling me how great Dr. Ito was so I finally decided to give it a try. I love the staff, everyone's so nice and they make it easy to set your appointments and send reminders (which I really appreciate). The office is pretty and they're maintaining a schedule that keeps the number of people coming and going to a minimum. You can tell everything is kept clean and sanitary in the lobby and treatment rooms. I have low back pain and degeneration in my cervical discs and have bouts of pretty severe pain. Dr. Ito seems very knowledgeable and intuitive and his techniques and advice really helps me to alleviate my symptoms. He's very gentle, yet thorough and that's why I continue to visit his practice. read more

Dr Ito has been treating me and my wife for over 3 years now and we could not be more happy with his service. I was very guarded about chiropractic treatment and he was very good about explaining his approach which put me immediately at ease. He offers both manual adjustments but also has this cool tool that he uses that is much less intrusive, but gets me back on track with every appointment. His best characteristic is he is a true listener and asks me each time how I'm doing and any problems I might be having and really takes what I say to heart. Working with Dr. Ito is a no-brainer and his new location is full of massage therapists, acupuncturists, etc so it truly is one-stop shopping for my wife and I these days. read more

First visit with Dr. Ito yesterday. Highly recommend. His patient and consultative approach helped me relax and understand how the pain areas surface and how to treat them. Shared some proactive approaches for me as well. Most important, feeling great the next day. Will be back next week for a quick check in and gradually space out appts thereafter. Do your body a favor and schedule a visit. read more

First and foremost, my treatments from Dr. Ito are effective and contribute greatly to my overall wellness goals. He and his staff are unfailingly kind, thoughtful and efficient. Since COVID started there are usually no more than 2 patients waiting. I trust and respect Dr. Ito and his staff, and am happy to recommend them! read more

Dr. Ito and his staff are so kind, and always make me feel taken care of. I went to Dr. Ito with regular nauseating neck and head tension and a few months later my symptoms have dramatically improved. I'm happy to be seeing a practitioner that checks in with my whole body, and can help me ascertain what's going on internally, and what can be done to alleviate those symptoms. We've also done some NET together, or neuro-emotional therapy to help me move through some challenging life changes I've gone through. Overall, I can't say enough good things. My wife went to his office because they were on our insurance and he got good reviews. Gave them the copay. Then when we went to leave they told us we needed to pay more because they put her on a machine that massaged her back for 5 minutes. Did not tell us beforehand we would be charged. Unprofessional. And to top it off the adjustment made her worse!! Never will go to him again. read more
