I got into a car accident last year and he took me on believing that he was gonna get paid by an insurance company. When I realized that my claim wasn't gonna be paid by the insurance company that I had to pay for it all I started paying cash for every visit. However, I ran up quite a bill because he kept dragging out the appointments instead of fixing the situation. When I was getting close to being done seeing him, he told me to make 12 payments of $250 to pay off my tab. I got all the way down to 11 payments paid and then all of a sudden his receptionist told me that I owe him $8000 that's right $8000 after paying $3000. So when he took me to self pay, he left the charges that he was going to charge insurance company at $150 each visit when the actual payment for every visit is $50 so he wants me to pay him like I'm an insurance company that's some very nasty billing practices, sir And I'm gonna I'm gonna take you to court! read more

I've been going here for about 3 years now. I had been to chiropractors before but had some negative experiences and frankly I was kind of terrified to try a chiropractor again. But I have family and friends that kept telling me how great Dr. Ito was so I finally decided to give it a try. I love the staff, everyone's so nice and they make it easy to set your appointments and send reminders (which I really appreciate). The office is pretty and they're maintaining a schedule that keeps the number of people coming and going to a minimum. You can tell everything is kept clean and sanitary in the lobby and treatment rooms. I have low back pain and degeneration in my cervical discs and have bouts of pretty severe pain. Dr Ito has been treating me and my wife for over 3 years now and we could not be more happy with his service. Then when we went to leave they told us we needed to pay more because they put her on a machine that massaged her back for 5 minutes. Did not tell us beforehand we would be charged. Unprofessional.
