The massage studio itself is fairly bare bones: you won't find fluffy robes and sparkling water here. When you arrive they have you take off your shoes and give you house slippers. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The individual rooms are more like stalls in that the barriers between them don't go all the way to the ceiling, so that means you can hear things from other customers, but it's usually not that big of a deal as people tend to be quiet. They offer relaxing music but don't pay for the service so occasionally you have to hear an ad, but you'll be so blissed out from the massage you won't notice it. The massage therapists really know what they're doing. They'll start by kneeling on you (not as creepy as it sounds) and they will really dig into your knots. They're receptive to feedback if the pressure gets too intense or if there are areas you need avoided. You might not feel the effects of the massage right away, but after a good hot shower and a sleep you'll feel far more limber and in less pain. They also offer couples massages for any duo. But my biggest complaints would be the care is not consistent in quality, the prices are a bit high/raise often and the accommodations aren't great. The waiting room is uncomfortable, public, & active. The steam room takes a long time to warm up and if you go in the morning you should just wish that goodbye. I've gotten some great massages here. Gotten one of 2 bad ones. And a bunch of fine. They also email ALOT but never with any sort of incentive to come back.
