I had a morning appointment. the office was running slightly behind but the receptionist was very polite and updated the waiting room periodically. Once in the back everything went smoothly, Dr Yanich was quick to extract the tooth, cracked a couple jokes and chatted with me to ease the nervousness. His helper (I wish I remembered her name but she just started), was specifically helpful in easing the tension, very knowledgeable and friendly.
