Had a tooth removed with a cyst and everything went well. Doctors explained the procedure and care instructions clearly.

Cheng mentioned that kids often recover faster than adults, but I was truly surprised by the experience.

From the moment we walked in, his bedside manner was unlike anything I have ever experienced. He was patient, gentle, kind, and took his time making my father feel completely at ease. He performed an oral implant on my dad and handled every step with incredible professionalism and expertise. Watching him interact with my elderly father moved me to tears. This is a doctor who truly CARES. If you have a senior parent who needs dental care, look no further. We are beyond grateful

UPDATE: Massive improvement today at my post-op checkup. Dr…read more Reid was wonderful, polite, attentive, and remembered my concerns etc. He asked me ahead of time about taking an anti-anxiety for my next implant. Cool. He informed me that he had to remove a very aggressive infection - so scary. I'm extra relieved and hope it's all gone. In March of 2020, I needed two emergency root canals during shelter in place. A head trauma had caused my [now extracted] molar and its neighboring crowned tooth [also newly extracted] to crack and infect. I am immensely relieved that Dr. Reid helped me-my head and jaw aches have been horrendous for 2 years (my dentist couldn't find any infections, so going to B&R was the logical next step to take). I assumed they were migraines and TMJ, but feared an infection. My teeth were relatively heathy until 10 years ago. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't a 'Crest Kid' or anything (old fart reference), but now it feels like the middle age damn has broken. Lol. I'm a friggin warrior with kidney and gallstones, c-sections... but teeth have always needed more TLC. This, coupled with bizarrely long recovery times, a need for extra anesthesia or novocaine, and a middle aged low pain threshold [especially for teeth], I have been very anxious about having any dental work the last decade. Overly nonchalant doctors scare me, and Dr. Reid's improved attentiveness felt like a godsend. Assistant Monica helped me with an early prep packet, and gave me info about what drug I would take (should I choose to have something for anxiety next time - yes!). She also took my X-rays, and very kindly made me a CD of them for me (upon request). Nichelle was as wonderful as always, and Mary was kind and helpful. My daughter was very impressed! The procedural assistant (Alicia) who got angry looked annoyed as she silently walked by (too egocentric to assume it's about my last interaction with her). It's for the best, as I'm still miffed about being berated like a child in front of an operating/procedure room full of adults. It was unprofessional in my book, and made far too personal than it needed to be (perhaps consider that I was scared and didn't do it on purpose?). I'm also trying to forgive myself over my part of it, obviously. Regardless, I saw an immense change in everyone else. Pain management remains to be seen after my next implant, but I'm extremely relieved after today's visit.

This place was outstanding and I felt cared for and was well informed. I felt confident with my surgery and would greatly recommend this spot. The receptionist was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything went nice and easy. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you for helping me! Warm Regards, Andru R.

Unfortunately, I was referred to this office by my dentist for a root canal and possible removal of my infected tooth I was seen May 2025 I paid upfront for cost of a bone graph. They informed me that I may have a balance after processing my insurance I waited months to receive an EOB from my insurer nothing was received by October 2025, so I called the office. They informed me that my claim has not been processed, but that I do have a balance from the office. The woman I spoke to asked me to call back in January, which I did just yesterday unfortunately the person that answered my call was extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, and argumentative after experiencing such a negative encounter with the front desk person by the name of Johnny I asked if I can speak to the office manager he said they do not have an office manager. I asked if I can have the name of the Biller. He said I'm just gonna give you her phone number. I asked if I can leave a message for the doctor and he said he will not call you back so I'm still left. Trying to figure out this billing situation with no help from this office. It is pretty amazing that this office does not have staff to take care of patient concern. It is very troubling that a patient is not able to leave a message for the doctor regarding a concern. You been warned STAY AWAY SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION AND GRIEF! Ask for another referral. This business is a joke. I work in medical and I would never image to speak to a patient client the way Mr. Johnny spoke to me. I even witness his poor negative attitude and highly unprofessional behavior towards another patient over a simple question he had on his intake form. I should have ran then SMH I so regret having any services done with this office.

After going two years without seeing a dentist, I realized I simply didn't trust anyone else with my dental health. When I finally visited her new, beautifully designed office, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff that reflected her same level of professionalism and compassion. During my visit, I had a severe cavity that she believed had a 99% chance of needing a root canal. She could clearly see how anxious I was about the possibility of that procedure. With her skill and patience, she was able to save my tooth, cap it, and relieve almost all of the pain I had been experiencing. On top of that, my two front teeth had been shortened and cracked over the years, and she repaired them flawlessly. She even went above and beyond by placing a composite veneer that turned out beautifully. What sets Dr. Thai apart is her honesty, her dedication, and the way she treats every patient like family. I have referred my relatives, friends, coworkers, and even my own patients to her, and she has cared for all of us with the same level of respect and genuine concern. That kind of trust and consistency is rare, and it's the foundation of a long-term doctor-patient relationship. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Thai to anyone seeking exceptional dental care. In my recent cleaning, the hygienist is very thorough, not only to do a good job with plaque removal but also being careful around my gums that easily bleed. All of this without me ever saying anything. The office is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The soft instrumental music and shaded safety glasses are a nice touch, bringing the overall experience a notch higher than what I'm used to at other dental offices. The location is also near restaurants and other businesses, so it's super easy to take care of errands before/after your appointment. Highly recommend.
