I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING AT ALL COST. I Gave then a project for two 2'x2' signs and two…read more2'x12' banners for a due date three weeks later. Communication was TERRIBLE, multiple unresponded emails. They BARELY made my due date. When I received the product Aligment was all off when 1 of the signs was printed. They agreed to fix but after a response of " I am looking at your word document and the proof I sent you, and I am not seeing the difference????" That was the email I received 4 question marks and all. After a call they said theyd drop it off because it was needed asap. Next, Banners both had scratches down the length of them and they told me that's normal and offered $100 discount or they'd reprint but they wouldn't be ready for my event. I was also told at this point that they wouldn't be able to drop off the sign they said they were going to. At this point I said I wanted my money back I would look elsewhere. The response I got was they would refund but I needed to be careful when approving proofs bc money wouldn't normally be refunded. At this point I agreed with that, I should have looked closer so I responded that I would take the signs but no longer needed the banners that were scratched. I was told and I quote "Unfortunately, I can only refund the total amount. Intuit Mobile app doesn't allow a partial refund amount. The prices I offered were based the entire job. The normal price for the Menu Boards are $80ea. (Including the artwork for adjusting the Word File). I do not have the other menu board laminated or mounted anyway. " Ergo, double the price and the adjustment mentioned was adjusting the alignment that was messed up on their end. Any questions about this review, I have everything in email plus pictures

There are simply not enough good things I can say about Robyn and Alex at Viable Software LLC in…read moreFall River. I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to start a website for my small, in home stained glass business, but they made the process so simple. Robyn gave me EXACTLY what I asked for in a very short time frame and well within my budget. I cannot say how thrilled I am with them and with my new site. Robyn has taken the time to sit with me in person and by phone to make sure I knew how to run run the software for the site, made excellent suggestions about payment methods and did not try to sell any one over the other - just gave me options to choose from - taught me how to link in video with YouTube and set everything up to get it running. Being an older person that is somewhat computer savvy, but not at all tech savvy, Robyn and Alex made things so easy for me and exhibited infinite patience. One of their most outstanding attributes is their response time to inquiries or issues. You call, and Robyn calls back right away. What AWESOME customer service. Yes, I am gushing, but they both truly deserve it. I would highly recommend Viable Software LLC in Fall River to anyone out there looking to build a website of your own.

The decision wasn't due to logistics as they are 50 miles away from home, it was for the service and quality they offer. I still remember what was told to me from the start. "When you pick your boat up in the spring, I don't want to see you until the fall". This has stood true since the beginning, something you don't see when or hear of in the boating world. Fast forward to new owners, leadership at the facility. I trusted Rick to repower my boat with new motors, removing motors still in great condition due to service provided over the years but was time. Ruben now running the shop and Stephanie behind the counter managing Operations has been a great transition. Responsible, reliable and there to answer the calls whether for service or just a question. I will say behind the counter was bumpy for a bit but Steph stepped in and is killing it like a seasoned veteran of the business, getting you in for appointment, serviced and on the water as quick as possible. If it's service outside of their scope, upholstery for example, she lines you up with the proper person to get it done. What I like, 1 STOP SHOP! Rick, enjoy retirement. The teamwork of Steph and Ruben got this and is being left in great hands. When asked where I repowered or get my service, I tell them to call Ricks, ask for Steph and let them know I sent you, happy to put my name on it. You won't be disappointed! Capt Tracy
