It generally takes longer, you might be on hold, have to talk to more than one person, and too often a piece of information gets lost or misunderstood. "Oh Lord, please don't let me be mis...understood." [sorry...couldn't resist that] Anyway...I tried another company first. One with a longer history and many, many five-star Yelp ratings. But they didn't have a reservation capability on their website. So I called. And got voicemail. And gave up. Checked out DIA Limousine and they had it ALL online. I reserved, paid, and got an email confirmation. All in one day. Okay so the driver showed up 20 minutes late on a Sunday afternoon for pickup to the airport. But he called and let me know way ahead of time. It happens. Nice, clean, comfortable car and professional driver. No water (suggestion DIA...add a bottle so your competition has no edge over you) but we'll let that slide. I wasn't thirsty anyway. The coup de grace came when I was dropped off at the airport. I thought I might have to sign a form or something or maybe even reproduce my credit card. Nope. "Already taken care of when you reserved, sir", came the reply. Nice! I'll start here next time I need a lift to the airport.

His car was spotless. He drove efficiently. Not too slow and not too fast, and he seemed safe. He made pleasant conversation when we asked questions and left us alone when we conversed with ourselves. We pre-paid online, but I called just to verify. I didn't want to chance him not getting our "order." The company did call us back a few hours later to confirm. I would recommend this service, and have, several times. Price was reasonable.

I jumped in the back of Jamil's clean and polished Lincoln Town Car was an improved experience from the small, dirty cab I arrived to town in. Jamil was a perfect conversationalist and host as I exited Denver. Next trip to Denver, I definitely call for him for transportation.

Regal Limo was offering a yelp deal for $62 for $125 in transportation. This seemed like a great…read moredeal, however, their prices were not quoted on their website, so I requested a price quote from them to and from Downtown to the airport. I was quoted $62 each way at the time, which seemed reasonable, so I proceeded to purchase the Yelp Deal. When I called Regal Limo, they were very polite and I was able to quickly confirm my reservation at which time I gave them my yelp deal info and everything seemed good to go. The next day I was emailed by the owner and that's where things got ridiculous. The owner claimed that The Yelp voucher was only good for 1-way travel (which is completely false and not part of the terms at all!) additionally, she claimed that the quote I was given already included the yelp deal. There was never any mention of a included discount in the quote I was given and if that quote was including the yelp deal that would mean that they are charging $124 for a one-way trip to DIA from downtown, making that nearly double what every other company in the area charges for a Towncar to DIA from downtown! The owner emailed back and claimed that there was an error in the terms of the yelp deal and that they had taken it down. A reputable company would have honored their mistake and provided transportation at the quoted deal rate. I cannot speak to their quality of service as it relates to the actual transportation since I cancelled my reservation, however, if they conduct themselves in the field the same way as they do on the business side, I would steer clear of Regal Limo at all costs.

I understood that I needed to give a 48-hour cancellation to not have to pay. I understood that to mean 48 hours prior to my reserved departure. It turns out that the cancellation had to be 48 hours AFTER Making the Reservation, not 48 hours BEFORE my reservation. There was no inconvenience to this company for my 48-hour cancellation prior to my reservation. I cancelled on-line and called to cancel more than 48 hours PRIOR to my reservation. I left a message when I called. I was charged $51.50 for a ride I never took with plenty of time prior to my reservation and no inconvenience to the company/driver. A VERY POOR POLICY AND VERY DECEPTIVE in my opinion. They reasoned that airlines require changes/cancellations 48 hours AFTER reservations are made and therefore that is their policy. They are not a commercial airline. I will not recommend nor use this Shuttle Service in the future. BEWARE.
