Today, I was in the area so stopped in. No matter where I go in San Antonio, to get a latte, light ice never means a partially empty cup. Usually, coffee place staff will ask if you want to fill the cup and give a heads up there's an up charge or just add more milk without issue. $10 for a latte is pricey to begin with and on top of it? 1/4 is empty. My takeaway is $10= 1/2 cup of ice and the rest latte. Coffee is good, but taking everything into consideration, not worth revisiting.
