The price he quoted was as good as the roof & gutters cost. Again the crews did beautiful work putting up the hardy board siding to cover the patch - painting and installing beautiful aluminum soffit and fascia. I can't pick my jaw up of the ground. Was told the roof was guaranteed--had one of the big windstorms--lost 1/3 of my garage shingles--called him up for the fix--could not get in touch--left msg. He left a "quote" for the price of the repair--denied guarantee, which I had in writing. Keep in mind my new roof they replaced was only 3 months old. The shingles that blew off only had a few nails in them and were nailed improperly. I thought I had done my research--apparently not enough--expensive!
