Due to a late snow, and a massive old tree falling on our property, we needed an out of code, bent…read moreelectrical mast removed, and the roof repaired to prevent any future leaking. They quoted within the insurance company's allowable amount. If you've ever dealt with home insurance repairs, you'll know that's not very common. Most quotes will be above what the insurance company initially decides the repairs should cost. Plus, most companies won't even come do the piece work that the insurance approves to be done, because it's not a large enough job. I was able to schedule the estimate online, and the paperwork was delivered through email, which is a much more convenient way to deal with things. No calls from numbers you don't know, unsure whether you should answer, or if it's just another robocall, and no paperwork to physically file away. Once I decided to hire them, they had a roofer here within 2 days to do the repairs. The roofer did not collect payment that day, the manager/owner came back later to check the work, and that's when I paid for the repairs. That was another nice plus, knowing that the work will be inspected before collecting payment. I'd recommend this company to anyone that wants repairs done, or a new roof installed. We won't need one for probably another 10+years, but I'll be contacting them again when that day comes.
