Jeff and his team were at our house doing extraction the same day and then they cleaned up the flooring, hauled the trash away, stopped mold growth by removing baseboards and removing any drywall necessary, and they dried everything with fans and dehumidifiers. Everyone who came into our house was professional and did a great job... Hugo and his team putting in a lot of manual labor, Maggie calling us daily with updates, and Jeff the manager overseeing our cleanup project with his team... We had a great experience with them and we'd recommend them to others and use them again (although hopefully not for another emergency!) The only feedback I'd give is more transparency and communication about pricing as the project goes along for customers who are paying out of pocket. They were stretched thin when we flooded with everyone else flooding, but I didn't feel that hampered the quality of the job they did for us or their availability- they're a life saver when you're in a bind!

It's become like a dark gray charcoal color over the last couple years and it should be bright gray. Almost white. I also had the upholstery done on my couch. The upholstery came out great. No complaints. The technicians were great. Again, no complaints. The machine that they used to do the floor and clean the grout really didn't do a good job. In fact it was a poor job. Check out the pictures. It didn't clean a lot of the grout. Especially when you got to the edges by the wall. It completely missed everything up to a foot away from that wall. I took pictures and shot a video of one of the dirtier parts. It was literally a couple squirts of tilex and about 30 seconds of scrubbing. The grout came right back to what it was when I first put it down. Bright white! It's about 5 years old, it's sealed. I just think the machine did a poor job. It might have worked better for other customers but not for me. When in doubt, clean your own grout

They were very quick to take my money for the mitigation work, but once that was done, everything went downhill. It took five weeks before anyone showed up to begin repairing what they tore out -- and that only happened after weeks of cancellations and no-shows with little to no communication. To make matters worse, when they finally did show up, I discovered they had installed used wall insulation in my ceiling, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a company that claims to specialize in restoration. The lack of organization, repeated delays, and questionable workmanship were beyond frustrating. I expected more accountability and basic professionalism, especially given how quickly they moved to get paid. I regret hiring them and would strongly encourage others to explore more reliable alternatives
