No complaints. The technicians were great. Again, no complaints. The machine that they used to do the floor and clean the grout really didn't do a good job. In fact it was a poor job. Check out the pictures. It didn't clean a lot of the grout. Especially when you got to the edges by the wall. It completely missed everything up to a foot away from that wall. I took pictures and shot a video of one of the dirtier parts. It was literally a couple squirts of tilex and about 30 seconds of scrubbing. The grout came right back to what it was when I first put it down. Bright white! It's about 5 years old, it's sealed. I just think the machine did a poor job. It might have worked better for other customers but not for me. When in doubt, clean your own grout
