We took a left onto the via Brera and the hotel front desk said go to Brera Region. So we walked per his instruction. Sergio, the head waiter at the first restaurant we encountered invited us in to a table for outdoor dining. I was looking around and questioning myself for settling in this restaurant so quickly. But that doubt quickly went away as we experienced excellent food. Exceptional vino and atmosphere. I loved the lasagna. Professional staff matched the fresh perfectly prepared foods. I would not hesitate to revisit Sergio and his excellent team at Brera 29 when in Milan again.

Not what I was expected. I was sucked into this place due to the nice host that approached me and the drinks menu. I figured the food would be good too. Not the cause for my taste buds, but somehow everyone else around me enjoyed theirs(no I do not have Covid and can taste food just fine). The menu seems very much an attempt at fusion with some traditional. I had the meatballs and mash potatoes. I felt I couldn't go wrong.......The meatballs lacked flavor and the texture was very inconsistent. I gave the cheesecake a try as there was a girl eating some when I sat down and she was singing praises. It lacked flavor overall but the flavor it did have seemed off. The drinks were good though.............

On the 8th floor of the COIN Building in Piazza Cinque Giornate, you'll find a nightlife staple, with sophisticated restaurant design and unique charm. I opted for lunch on the terrace, which offered a breathtaking view of the city. I was able to relax and sip a glass of wine while the city bustled below. I started my lunch with the "raw special" dish, consisting of slices of raw tuna, salmon, amberjack, and swordfish. I also indulged in raw Sicilian prawns, which came highly recommended by the server. Absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, the raw seafood definitely got me excited for my main course. Scrumptious Kobe rump steak tataki, topped with a creamy bean sauce and sweet caramelized red onions has to be the most wonderful thing I've ever tasted. The meat was tender and juicy, and the creaminess of the sauce complimented it perfectly. Even though I had enjoyed every last bite of my food and was feeling full, I knew I just had to try dessert. I opted for something light - the raspberry parfait in mango sauce - because fruit is always a great way to end a meal, right? Right! The parfait was topped with a red, ripe strawberry, which I saved for last, of course. I can't wait to come back to Globe and enjoy a cocktail, unwind in the lounge, and even try their dinner menu. The whole experience was amazing, from the views on the rooftop to the great food, and the friendly servers. I can't think of a better way to enjoy delicious cuisine in Milan, other than dining at Globe Restaurant and Lounge.
