They've managed to stay with the times, though their facade is very dated (but in a Stars Hollow way) with stores like the simple man, and made in omaha, to inkwell, mootz pizza, and timberwood bistro, there is a lot happening on any given day. Theres a lot stores that offer a variety of services and it's centrally located right off of 84th and pacific. There is also ample parking in their lots, and I am happy to see it continue to be a main stay.

Since the Bookworm relocated, I don't come here that often aside from trips to Le Quartier Bakery but there are many cute shops, restaurants and businesses here. The parking lot usually seems pretty full but it's possible some of that is overflow parking from Westside High School across the street when they have events. Pretty easy to get in and out and park close to your desired location. Their website said it was built in 1953 and was on the edge of town at that time. The parking lot can be a little bit crazy - I feel ike the lines in the parking lot are not painted correctly maybe and some are tighter than others, making people think they are parking normally, but they are actually encroaching on the space next to them. Dinged doors galore! They have a few great businesses though, so we do come here quite often. Five Guys, Linden House (formerly Brushi when we started going there), Teriyaki Express, Pet's Discount, and of course Hy-Vee (our go-to grocery store). A few other businesses are here too, that we just haven't had the need to visit just yet - Lindley Clothing, Oasis Massage, VIP Nails, and Beck. They even have an American Red Cross location, so if you ever want to donate blood, platelets, or plasma, this is a location where you can find a center to do that at. I may even look into doing some blood donations there soon! Suffice to say, Linden Market is similar to many other little business parks, with the focal point being Hy-Vee, but there are a lot of other little things around the perimeter to check out too. I just wish their parking lot was a little easier to traverse!

When Specialized explicitly told them it was a malfunction with the bike, the shop still blamed it on 'how I rode it' and did nothing to make it right. Unfortunately, they seem more interested in being right than doing the correct thing for their customers. I wouldn't recommend buying here if you expect reliable service and warranty support.

Took my bike in for bottom bracket maintenance. After a few weeks not hearing from them I drove up to the shop and I was told that they could not find the source of the issue and that it would take a full disassembly and substantially more time due to staffing issues. I took my bike in for routine maintenance and got back a bike with potentially a major issue. I know this industry, its been as vital to my exsistance as the oxygen that I breath. I understand the complexities that are inherent of having a competent staff however, this business is centered towards elite and professional athletes that are sharply attuned to their equipment. The suggestion to re- evaluate the issue was an absurd suggestion after having my bike for almost a full month. I started out looking for the chains at Tractor supply where the salesman told me they would fit my Troy Bilt for sure. I got them home and they looked more like they would fit on a small garden tractor tire. I even had a picture of the very weird size (4.80-8). When I was taking them back to the Tractor Supply store, I remembered there was a small engine shop on the way so I stopped there. The clerk there, told me he didn't have anything, but referred me to Northern Tool. I decided on Lowes instead because I purchased the snowblower there and they would have to have them, I thought. Well, I thought wrong and the guy there referred me to Ty's Outdoor Power, who then referred me to Midwest Tire, who then referred me to Michael Todd and Co. I thought when I walked into the building that I had to be in the wrong place because it looked more like a law office when I headed upstairs to where the arrows pointed. I proceeded into an office and a lady ushered me to the person that knew about chains. A few minutes later I met this wonderful wonderful lady named Pat Sammon who instantly pulled up the tire size from her catalog and wrote everything I needed down on a name card she gave me. As I thanked her and headed out the door and down the stairs, I stopped and thought "what are you doing stupid? You've been all over town and this lady found your chains, go order them". Needless to say, Pat is having them shipped to my home and after running all over town searching for tire chains, this lady has a customer for life and I will spread the word, that Michael Todd Co. did what no other business in Omaha could do for me.

They were able to service our bikes in a real timely manner and to our liking. We did have an issue with the back brake on a bike and had to take it back and it was a slight oversight but they quickly corrected and my husband got a tshirt out of it so I think he's extremely happy, he hasn't really taken it off since. While I was there a neighborhood kid came in with his broken bike. The staff helped him out and off he rode. I would not recommend this bike shop to anyone. We booked our pre-RAGRBAI tune-up a month in…read moreadvance. The week the tune-up came, we dropped our bikes off and waited two days for a quote. When the quote came around, the owner suggested hundreds of dollars in repairs. I gritted my teeth and agreed to it, hoping it would be worth it for our 430-mile bike ride ahead of us. It was not. The owner refused to give us a time he could do the repairs, even though we needed to be in Des Moines the next day, saying he would get it done "right away." We had to go to the shop twice the next day since he never called us as he promised to. When we finally collected the bikes, it was closing time for the shop and raining outside, so we couldn't take a test ride. When I finally got the bike on the road, I found he had botched the gears, reducing the functionality so only the bottom gears worked. I ended up having to do a week of biking across Iowa on low gears. Save yourself a headache and do not trust this shop with your bike.
