Katie is just a miserable person to deal with They took my credit card number and charged me by the hour for misdiagnosing my old Generator Installed a new fuel pump $7,500 then tell me the Generator is shot because there was water in the engine cylinders. That should have been diagnosed from the beginning. Quoted me $30,000 for a new Generator then charged me hourly for the labor to install it for an entire week. They are shady Move on past this business there are many other reliable trustworthy companies out there that offer better friendlier servos. Ran my credit card on file 3 times over 2 months charging me for all the labor of misdiagnosing my old Generator without my consent. I am currently disputing the charges with chase bank.
