    All you NJ Sea Hunt owners, beware!!! NJ Outboards is the…read moreworst. They had my boat for warranty issues, had no choice to bring it to them or haul it to LI or MD. The weekend prior to them picking it up, the motor went. Yes, a 2024 Yamaha f200 with 60 hrs on it went. It was filled with water. Anyway long story short, they had my boat for over a month, didn't take care of the issues that they were initially there for. And the motor took well over the 8hrs Craig Estelle, the service manager claimed it would take. it actually took over 10 days. When I get the boat back, it's all messed up. They destroyed 5 panels of sea deck, didn't do repairs, and my motor trim isn't working properly, or the gauge. To top it off Paul Gioe, the owner, blocks my emails. I sent all the managers an email demanding the repairs to be made. And Paul calls me and tells me " We are not working on your boat. You are no longer allowed to bring your boat here. We are not dealing with a Philadelphia wise guy." He also claimed the boat looked like that when they got it. And he has pictures. But he would not send me them. "I don't need to prove you anything." This is how they react when they mistreat customers property, and the customer wants it made right. Such a circus act over there. Just be careful. Yes this is my second review on the place, but I didn't take my own advice and go to Long Island or MD.

    RUN RUN RUN from these guys as fast as you can!! Had my boat with Comstock marina for service and…read morestorage for years. They lost their lease and referred everyone to this NIGHTMARE of a marina. Sent boat in for winter storage in spring called spoke to Nick service manager went over launch items in detail and scheduled to pick up the boat in early April. Well early april turned into mid May after loosing my paperwork the boat was completely filthy bimini top for some reason was removed and tech told me could not figure out how to put it back together. Ok i took it cleaned and waxed my wife put bimini on. ( I paid for wax and cleaning ) Shortly after taking boat we noticed it was running hot took it back for service the NIGHTMARE continued. First guy trying to repair boat went on vacation in JULY? Second guy trying to fix boat was bitten by a spider? Finally after three weeks they said it was fixed but Nick said it would not rev or plane? Worked when I brought it in just saying? They had boat an additional 3 weeks could not figure out what was wrong. We lost the season waiting for a repair. Finally I took boat not repaired out of that HELL hole after 6 weeks not fixed. Took boat to Werelen Brothers Marina in Brick they diagnosed the issue and fixed the boat in three days? This place is not only an unorganized disaster with no one there able to work on boats but also the service manager NICK is the best BS artist in south Jersey. You are Warned RUN RUIN RUN!!!

    I am a fairly new boater, having brought my boat new in 2019. Relying on favorable Google reviews…read moreand because it was close to my house, I entrusted them with servicing my pontoon - both for winter as well as spring services. I have been with them since, paying about $2 to $3 thousand per year on services. After the winter service in late 2021, I was informed that they accidentally damaged my boat with the fork lift, punching a hole in one of the pontoons. I didn't make a fuss and just asked them to repair/replace the damaged part. They finally informed me that they completed the replacement in early spring (beginning of April). What they neglected to tell me was that they removed the shrink-wrap protecting the boat and thereby exposing my pontoon boat to the elements, for at least 1-2 weeks. With freezing rain still coming down in early April, the removal of the shrink wrap was damaging to the seating surfaces on the pontoon. I wasn't happy about it, but again, I made little fuss. But when I took the boat back to my dock, I noticed there was a small scratch on my boat. I tried to contact Baywood multiple times, with pictures of the damage and got absolutely no response, and this despite me being their customer for the last 3 years. Of course, I will not be servicing my boat with Baywood anymore.
