Didn't use family recommendations I went on my own search and I came across the Salon 700 in Hyannis. I have been going there since I found it. It's been at least over a year or more. Between the greeting I get when I come in the door from the girls Danielle , Nicole everybody behind the counter. From my wonderful absolutely awesome Jillian who does my hair. I love Salon 700. The staff is absolutely amazing and they just make you feel like. You matter, they do a fantastic job with my hair and what my needs are. Never ever disappointed ever!! Women go to salon 700 in Hyannis you will not regret it! The aestheticians are awesome as well!!! My only sadness comes if I have to leave the Cape I will never find another place like Salon 700!!

There was minimal improvement after the first session, so I scheduled the next one with a different person. That person cancelled so I got the same person again. I told her I had no improvement, so she said she would increase the level/strength. Again, no change and no improvement. I would recommend that you find a place that does a fixed price per area rather than per session. I have lost faith in this salon's laser hair removal practice.

WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER…read more I booked a keratin treatment and haircut after seeing the professionalism displayed on this salon's website. My hairstylist was Lyla Duarte. I came in on May 1st with long, beautiful hair and clearly showed the length I wanted. The photos show my hair before the appointment, the length I requested, and what I was left with. The keratin looked great on the first day, but started fading within the first month. The haircut, however, was devastating. My hair was cut completely differently from what I asked for. I was heartbroken. I cried for days and felt like I didn't even look like myself anymore. It has taken me months to even have the strength to write this review. What made the situation even worse was the terrible customer service and complete lack of empathy afterward. I trusted this salon with my hair, and I deeply regret it. To future clients: please be very careful and make absolutely sure you are comfortable and confident before trusting this salon with your hair. My experience was devastating, and I would absolutely not recommend this salon.

My hair was gray (my choice) and every stylist I went to before Jess led off with hair color options before my butt even hit their chair. Jess was the ONLY hair stylist who didn't do this. I trust Jess implicitly and she's helped me find my way through different styles throughout the years. And yes, even the occasional hair color (again, my choice, no pushiness from Jess ever). She also found a way to keep me looking decent when I was on chemo. We've been through a lot hair-wise (and other-wise!) Jess and I, so much so that I call her my "hair miracle worker". I went to supercuts for a simple hair cut about 2 1/2 inches cut off. Pretty simple if you ask me…read more I later hot home and use my hair straightener only to notice one side was about an inch longer then the other. I went back Nicole was apologetic and "fixed" it. So I thought. I have longer pieces in the back and on one side. I will not be getting a hair cut there again. I called and spoke to a manager today with my complaint and I want a full refund. Apparently she has to call her manager to call me. I could use my money back to go get my hair cut correctly by a real stylist. Nicole needs to pay attention.
