When I complained to the waitress, she said it wasn't her fault that she simply wrote down the order and the chef cooked the food; at least the waitress was able to provide a fresh bottle of ketchup... apparently there was a drunk man in the bar spouting off because the entire restaurant could hear his rant. No effort by the wait staff to quiet him down. They just let him go on and on. I'm sure I will give this place another try, but I hope the wait staff can take some responsibility for the quality of the food. This waitress is pretty chatty with her customers so I'm sure that she isn't hurting for tips; if I'm served a meal like this again, her tip will be quite a bit smaller than usual.
