Filing suit this week. Yet another litter disappeared. Tiarah? Like that dog never existed. Demand letter sent and received with confirmation a month ago. Will be suing for deposit, 15% interest, legal fees, and lost wages. Do not deal with this dishonest person. Awesome puppies to be had from HONEST breeders (aka not volume breeder selling sick dogs - message for more details- 7 dogs due now? What ethical breeder does that?) without the drama and stupidity.

‼Do not give this person a dime!!! ‼Seven weeks ago we "re-homed"/purchased a six month old Boston Terrier from Brenda. Immediately we discovered he had severe diarrhea. Within two or three days we had to take him to the vet and found out that he had Giardia. It's been seven weeks and he and my other dog (that he gave it to) are on their THIRD round of meds. A few weeks ago when I reached out to Brenda I discussed what was going on and that she knowingly sold me a puppy that was sick because she had admitted before that she was treating ALL her dogs for Giardia. We were very frustrated and really wanted to give Rudy a good home. So, I messaged her and asked if she would at least give us back the money for his vet bills, which are now over $500. She refused, was very ugly and rude about the whole thing. I told her I was going to write a yelp review, and then she said she was a federal employee, and had access to good lawyers and was going to sue me for threatening her online. She continued to berate me, saying she knew I was gonna be trouble from the beginning of this process and that I was unstable. I told her what she could do with her money AND herself so she blocked me so I couldn't contact her anymore. I will also add that when we drove two hours to pick up Rudy, he smelled godawful. She didn't even have the courtesy to give him a bath before we came and picked him up PLUS the conditions where these dogs (and there's A LOT of them) are living is horrific. It's just feces, mud and disgusting outside conditions. The State should really check her business out. After everything, Rudy is still recovering and getting better day by day and he is such a joy and is fitting into our family wonderfully and he and Butterbean absolutely love each other. BEWARE!! ‼

We got our Boston Terrier from Brenda's Boston's three years ago this month. Our puppy was well cared for socialized & loved by Brenda. Heck, he was even potty trained to a grassy mat which made the transition to outside super easy. My experience with Brenda has been nothing but exceptional. Brenda is very knowledgeable about the breed. Even to this day, when I call with questions or concerns, she is quick to respond. When I'm ready, I wouldn't hesitate to expand my fur family with another one of Brenda's Boston pups. Dawn B.

EVERYONE THAT LEFT A ONE STAR REVIEW....YOU ALL KNOW EACH OTHER! Well that is according to Brenda Curtis the owner of Brenda's Boston's. Here's what happened: I simply inquired on a puppy via Facebook messenger and I received a quick response that she has puppies and could send a video. I naturally responded with a few questions and gave my phone number. The next thing I did was google her business name to look at her website. That's when I saw she had 2.6 stars on Yelp. As I read the reviews I quickly realized that I would absolutely not move forward with purchasing a puppy from her. I sent her a message stating that I saw the reviews and she should be ashamed of herself and her response proved exactly what kind of person she is. She forwarded all of my personal information to all of her people and basically threatened that I will not be able to find a boston in good health in Washington state. Not only did she attempt to defame my character to all her "friends" but she also said that all of the people that have left her bad reviews knew each other and that is why she has so many of them . Anyone with a brain can figure out that that's not the case. This woman is not only a terrible breeder but she is a scam artist and an evil person. STAY FAR AWAY! For full transparency, I did go on her Facebook page and made two comments on her post telling people that were asking about the puppies to look at Yelp reviews. Which she quickly deleted.

Brenda got us this little Cutie 1 1/2 years ago. While we were on the list for a while. We didn't get many updates as to where we were on her list. We did get our puppy. We did however understand a few things, being patient, knowing when adding a new addition into our home might take sometime for the perfect match. Also timing, were highly active. So our pup would need to be raised with being outside throughout the year. The best time for US is springtime for easier training. So we got On the list in October hoping for a Spring puppy. Also Brenda's super busy with her dogs! Ever hang out with more than one Boston?!If not then we'd be waiting another year. Brenda called us one fine Spring day, saying someone backed out of their chosen female pup('they thought she'd be too big!) . If we wanted her to come down and get her. So we didn't get growing photos or updates ( because we weren't slated for the pup we received) the RIGHT fit was made.' We'd not hesitate purchasing another from Brenda

I have had three dogs from Brenda and have been a customer since 2017. I have two Brenda's Boston's that I've brought home in the last year both male and female. Brenda has held true to her word since day one. Our first two were females and required us to be placed on a waitlist; we were openly communicated with through the whole experience. Our dogs came potty trained, name trained, kennel trained, etc upon taking them home. Brenda is very knowledgeable of the breed and we have become friends over the years. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new family member!

I had no intention of purchasing from her due to location, Meadow Run is in Washington, I live in Minnesota. I spoke with her over the phone and I could hear how passionate she is about all her dogs and puppies. I actually found it really affordable to take Alaska Air out and Delta back the same day to pick up my pup. Lisa has been a great mentor and is always available for questions. We really feel like a big family as she maintains a Meadow Run Family Facebook group so we can all chat with each other, ask questions, bounce ideas off of each other based on our experiences, and cheer each other on. I own Vinnie, who has shown in conformation and competed in Rally and will start In agility. Lisa is there for it all and keeps up with her puppies activities. This is all in addition to how she starts her puppies ENS, desensitizing activities, a lot of human activities (she shares a lot of live videos of puppy activities, play, cleaning, grooming etc!) You can't go wrong with joining the "Meadow Run Family", the support system is the best! I will definitely get another pup from Lisa in the next few years.

We own a beautiful German Shepard and decided that she needed a little brother and having…read moresuccessfully utilized CL for 15 years to buy and sell thought I would start there. I was hoping to get lucky and locate another wonderful GSD. There are several great local real serious GSD breeders (Von Waldberg for one) but we did not have the budget. So after a very disappointing few days searching through the disappearing, price changing, dubious pedigree, available but suddenly sold, wait for husband to get off work at 4 turning into wife off at 5, vaccinations with no vet records, parents on site but too aggressive to see and other scam dogs...we gave up. FOLKS BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING ANY DOGS ON CRAIGSLIST! Dog craze was at a fever pitch in our the family by now. I started looking for GSD real breeders on line and found several. One that looked good was Majestic Royal German Shepards in Puyallup. When I called the owner was very knowledgeable nice and sincerely listened. From a budget point of view I asked if she might have any " pet quality " pure bred GSDs that did not have to have AKC as we were not going breed or show. She did not at present but said she would ask around her freinds and other breeders (nice touch). Then told me of a freind that had a 7 week old female puppy with "special needs" that she was offering in turn for a good home. Enter Amanda Her little puppy had a condition called mega esophagus which means that the dog has to be seated vertically to be fed soft food and there is always a danger of aspiration pneumonia. After some research they may grow out of it however there is no surgical repair possible and no medication. We pondered and talked about it but felt even as very experienced dog people it would be more than we could handle. Reading between the lines Amanda had been caring for this puppy when most breeders would have put it down. Amanda was a dog lover with a tender heart not just someone in the dog business...cudos. Good sign folks. We declined sadly and were offered a male 10 weeks old and female 7 weeks old that she had that were ready. So Sunday evening my wife son and I headed for Graham...a day and a half drive dropping bread crumbs all the way so we could find our way back to Newcastle (just kidding). We were greeted by a gang of beautiful German Shepards different sizes coats and colors playing in a fenced turn out next to three kids jumping in a trampoline...choices kids another good sign. Amanda approached and escorted us into her compound complete with pigs chickens guinea hens calfs goats a horse and lots of GSDs and puppies all healthy clean thriving and smiling...more good sings. She brought out the male puppy that we had come to see and besides being handsome the little guy was not skiddish (always check) at all or shy and seemed very well adjusted curious clean shiny bright eyes and very cuddly. She then brought out the mother (father owned by Amanda's mother who lives close by) who was beautiful freindly and interacted with her puppy well although not nursing any longer. The puppy played well with mom and the pigs and played "stick" and ball and a little fetch...good sign again! We asked to see the all black female and one of her helpers brought her out and she was in the same condition and behaved in a similar fashion...tough choice. When asked if she had any other ready pups that we should see the helper quickly produced another female same condition in a beautiful sable color...way tough choice now. The three of us held cuddled and played with the three of them for an hour or more. I asked Amanda if she was anxious to find a home for one over the others and she quickly responded that she wanted us to make the right choice and be happy...wow. Now folks this was Sunday evening about dinner time with her two children going back to school after their spring break in the morning and their was no rush by Amanda for us to make our choice...nice customer service. BTW...she found a great home for her little health challenged baby with a local vet tech with children...angels I guess We chose the Black and Tan male with first shots AKC registry chipped with a health quarantee. Her assistant quickly chipped our new pup readied our paperwork efficiently and got us on our way. We excitedly raced home (following the crumbs) holding our new little boy while having a very animated chatter about what we had just experienced. Folks customer service is rare if not missing all together these days but let me tell you that Amanda at Von Tore K9 and her freinds family her GSDs puppies pig pigs and the rest of her menagerie have this down to a science. BTW...had him checked out at our vet with and received a glowing bill of health...not surprised. We highly recommend Von Tore for all of your dog needs check out their site vontorek9.com In love again Ricardo y Julia

We put money down on a litter to pick a female puppy that was born in January 2021. We had first pick of our female puppy out of the two females from the litter. We went to pick her up when she was ready to big enough to leave, the other female puppy had already been picked up. A couple of months later, we discovered by looking at pictures, they had given us the wrong puppy, the puppy we did not pick and did not want because she was too hyper. How does that happen when there are only two females in the litter. We did not say anything for a while, because we knew that we had to keep this puppy now, because the other one was gone. When I finally sent a letter to Cassandra, the owner letting her know how upset we were, I never heard a word, nothing acknowledging the mistake or an apology even. We just took our dog, who was now 4 in January to the vet, and she has to see a specialist because the vet thinks she has retinol neuropathy. When you pay a breeder that much for the dog, they should make sure you get the dog you picked and do sufficient testing to rule out potentially serious genetic defects. I will never buy another dog from Circle B and I certainly will never recommend them to anyone I know. Horrible!
