She knew the dog and what cut would be best and got her in right away. Once she was done she called and let me know and pick up was super easy. The price was about 25% less than Petco and WAY better. It's so funny because I've tried multiple different vets, and she won't let anyone touch her... they've even tried gabapentin and trazodone because she was so "anxious". Rob at sumner vet doesn't require any meds, and they allow me to pay after the service is completed incase Dremel doesn't work or she throws a tantrum and doesn't let him do it at all. I always call ahead to see his schedule for the week, they do walk in nail trims 10-4pm.

So essentially my dog could have left there with a broken neck and/or leg. My dog has always received compliments from various vet techs and other groomers about how well behaved and non-fidgety she is, so something must have really hurt her to make her move the way she did. Aside from my dog leaving there traumatized, they also did a terrible job with the service itself. It doesn't even look like she got her nails trimmed.
