We don't go for the food typically They do have some great specials and a fish fry that rocks. Our group are Wednesday regulars.

We had Frisco burger on rye bread with FF a grilled tenderloin with FF and two Mango Margs. Our waitress had our drinks on the table in under 3 min. And our sandwiches were close behind. EVERYTHING was delicious with loads of flavor and plenty on the plate. Both of us could only eat half what was served us. After dinner we went over to the meat market and picked out a few chubs of hamburger and pork sausage and a chuck roast. The market is easily accessible thu the large dinning room side of their bar/restaurant. The whole place is clean and cozy. The bar side took me back 50 years when I used to go there when it was Louies Tavern for lunch with my Dad and the crew. Then on the menus they have the story of how the owner came from the city and married a dairy farmer and learned how hard it is to be in the dairy farming business. I also milked cows when I was first married too. Milking was twice a day 7 days a week and twice on SUNDAY! Other dairy men will get this play on words. But for the others....most people work 5 maybe 6 days a week BUT Dairy guys work 7 days a week EVERY Sunday TWICE a day. Anyways enough of my reminiscing. We're glad was came across this gem and will return very soon! I almost forgot my wife had their grasshopper cheesecake. MMMMM GOOD.

I kept moving until I could sit without holding onto the table. The woman who waited on us was almost less than cordial...she was doing us a favor by waiting on us. I ordered a "Don Carlos Salad"..chicken, steak and shrimp..it was ok...the dressing was in a packet!! Husband ordered "Fajitas Jalisco"...he said that there was no taste to the meal. My husband NEVER leaves food...and he left a good amount. I had asked for a glass of pinot grigio that was on the menu. Our server brought 3 small plastic bottle of a very POOR wine...showing me what they had...she thought the Moscato may be it..I had water. If you have wine on your menu - at least have a decent house wine...and have what is listed! The entire experience was poor...and no one else was there...There is a reason for that. The salsa was also subpar. We are visitors and will be in the area again...but this place...we will never go to again...and hope others follow our lead. Ambiance...with poor food and poor attitudes of the server...I did not even notice. One last note..We were nothardly seated when asked what we wanted to drink and if we were ready to order...and had not looked at the menu.
