There shrimp was cooked perfectly- tasty and supple, not rubbery. We then shared the shrimp enchiladas, and this is where four instead of five stars plays out. Everything was tasty but there was no enchiladas sauce to speak of, just a lot of the cheese sauce. We were looking forward to having real enchilada sauce on the enchiladas. So if you come here to eat, and I recommend you do, ask that the cook add extra enchilada sauce.
