My initial review was 5 stars. They were great to work with and got my car fixed quickly and did a…read moregreat job. But there was one trim piece that hadn't come in when I picked up my car. They assured us they would let us know when it arrived and schedule a time to have it installed. That has been several months ago. We have contacted them no less than a dozen times about it. There was always some issue -- didn't come in, wrong part came in, reordering from Amazon...and every time they promised they would call us right back with an update. We might have gotten one call back during this whole process. We finally gave up on them and ordered the piece ourselves and had it in 2 days. Because of this, my final experience was 0 stars. So I am splitting the difference and rating them 2 stars. I really hate doing this, because they were so pleasant to deal with, but the follow-up was ridiculous. No one ever did what they said they would do. It was truly disappointing. We had to call over and over again...we were always apologized to and promised that someone would be right back with us. Never happened.

My teenage daughter had a minor accident and Wren's Body Shop went over and beyond to repair the…read moredamage. It was completed in a timely manner and looked liked nothing ever happened to the car. There was absolutely no sign of any repairs. Her father and I were extremely pleased with the work done. So my husband went up there the second time for him to do an inspection on the car and he said he couldn't do it when my husband asked for his money back the owner told him that that money was already gone and he wasn't going to give him a refund and hung up on my husban. So make sure if you happen to have this man do any work for you that you get the work done prior to paying! Also, we found it ironic that he only takes cash. The whole thing was just sketchy so this man takes peoples money and doesn't do what he says!

I came in with a problem with my driver side window not closing all the way and hearing whistling…read morewind while driving. They took a look and tried several cost affective options to get the window straightened out along with securing several pieces in the door. They understood my car was old and I didn't want to spend a ton, and they were so very helpful, and understanding. They looked at it right away and was able to solve the issue in under an hour.
