(note: its really hard to get anything out of silk). when I picked it up, it looked brand new. Highland Cleaners may not be dirt cheap, but you can bet that you will have 100% satisfaction and your clothes will be done in a timely fashion. It is family owned and operated, so even better than supporting an awesome business, but you also are supporting the local economy!!

Make sure that if you want to estimate how much you'll pay, weigh the bags beforehand. Otherwise, I didn't have a single issue and the app gives you a ton of information from status to even the driver name and how to contact him/her. However the next time I attempted to book they allowed me to schedule on the app but no one ever showed up and none of my calls were answered.
