Typical expensive souvenier shop. Stopped in because the group of teens i had wanted to get a souvenir or 2 before we left galveston. Wings has a very large selection of souvenirs and beach stuff. Everything was pretty pricey though. My daughter picked out a $30 t-shirt. That was pretty average pricing for the store. I did get a magnet as well for $5. They did have a little clearance section in the back but there was not really anything very remarkable in the section when we were there. I could NOT find any larges with the tank styles I was interested in. Went back 23 hours later AND WOULD not refund. Only Exchanges. Shows me a little sign. I could give a rats A$$ about the sign. REfund should of been given. read more

Very underwhelmed. So many tourists and this place has very little variety. I was expecting quite a bit more to browse thru but nope. Lots of the same thing on a different aisle. Sigh, I bought some magnets and will look elsewhere for that perfect Galveston trinket. read more

They are not family friendly. Which is a horrific understatement. What I mean by that is...we understand if some stores don't have public restrooms...but to refuse to let a 2 year old use your restroom and force her to have an accident in the middle of your store...and embarrass her...talk about a toddler being scarred. I complained which they didn't seem to care. They should be completely ashamed of themselves. read more

We visited another souvenir shop where nobody would help us and they were rude, but WINGs was just the opposite! The staff were so helpful and sweet. We found so many things we wanted and the prices were great. I highly recommend this shop for your souvenirs. read more

We went in tonight and they were very rude. My husband asked if they could print on a sweatshirt and she said the heat presses were turned off. We walked in the door at 830 she said they close in 15 mins we left at 8:45. The doors were locked several people tried to walk in. We brought up on the website and Facebook it says they are open till 11pm. The blonde lady just gave us a dirty look and didn't explain why the hours are different! Small swimsuit selection. Only for very small chests. Tops would say "xl, dd" they were way off. Somebody with a "c" cup may be able to fit in the top..but they say they are all true to size. Soooo not true. read more

Horrible customer service. A friend bought a dress here about about 3 weeks ago. We live in east Texas. She wore the dress 2 times and the second time it ripped. We decided to come here again and she brought the dress to exchange it. They refused to exchange it unless she had a receipt. Who keeps all there receipts? They told her no exchange, thats bullshit. The dress is ripped from the seam and unfixable. I wouldn't shop here for any reason!!! read more

I just love this store. Their employee Amy helped me so that I could try on items, made further suggestions, and pointed out other merchandise as well. I'm giving this store five stars just for her. Oh--and she helped me find the rest room, which I used after leaving my merchandise on the counter in front. It was clean as well, and smelled good. The store itself deserves five stars as well. It is clean and cheerful. The merchandise is very reasonably priced. Best of all, they have the long silk-like wrap around skirts I enjoy wearing so much. read more

Just wrote a bad review for the wrong Wings store. I went to the one at 519 Seawall in Galveston. No employees in the store were wearing masks. I'm a Galveston resident and have a lot of friends who are seniors. Are the employees there trying to make some lame stupid point or are they just lazy? Until there's a vaccine I'd avoid this place and go somewhere that cares about our community. Not worth getting sick over a T shirt! read more

I was accused of theft here. They called police. Told police I went into dressing room and put pants over mine. I never went into dressing room, I was there five minutes shopping with a friend and witness. The manager(?) said she knew who I was. I have not ever met this woman. Shoppers beware, something is off with staff. Woman later told cops she won't press charges (yet she called police!) Bizarre and disturbing experience. read more
