Connie the owner showed us what she had and we were amazed at the size of them! We often purchase nice ones at one of the floral shops in Houston off Fannin but these blew away any that we have ever gotten and best of all they were inexpensive! In fact we were so impressed that my wife has gone back to Connie and hired her to do all the flowers for a large wedding we are doing in May. When my husband contacted Bennett Floral, the first person said they'll send someone over to stick two lilies in there. Then a Manager told my husband, they follow a "recipe" and that is what they sent. My husband explained to the Manager what we received looks nothing like the picture. The Manager said the best they can do is send someone back to pick up the flowers and issue a refund and she was not very nice at all. My husband ordered and paid for a premium floral arrangement and tipped 15% and was treated rudely. The teleflora "recipe" says 18" wide by 19" high. "One" rose hits the 19" but the arrangement as you can see from the tape measure was just 13.5" wide at best. According to the "recipe" and the description there is a lot missing from the arrangement received. The "undelivery" person showed up 15 minutes later to pick up & take my wrong Anniversary flowers. Very disappointed in Bennett Floral. We do our best to support local business, but this is unacceptable. I expect better service than this.
