My calls and texts were responded to even on Cary's day off! Their online picture quality was poor, but Cary had patience with me and sent pics and info that I requested. I was somewhat of a high maintenance customer since I was buying from about 6 hours away. + Car was reasonably priced. + The car was in better condition than expected. Scratches were disclosed and quite minor. Interior was also much cleaner than expected. +They also applied an undercoating at no additional charge. +They offered a limited 4-month warranty at a reasonable cost under $300. And extended ones for more. -I'd recommend checking the air filters prior to purchasing. Although they had Jensen Tire and Auto for an oil change prior to sale, the air filters were both super dirty at purchase. + The dealer was understanding and gave me a discount for the dirty air filters.

Had a problem with my cart. I tried to self-diagnose, that didn't work for me…read more I had reached out to several golf cart shops and they all said they would have to look at it to be sure. I reached out to Steve and he was very accommodating. I dropped off my cart on a Monday and he knew what was wrong by Tuesday. I was in a bit of a rush because we are where 2 weeks out from Halloween and I needed my cart back. I had it back with 6 days to spare. I ended up needing a new moter in my Yamaha electric cart. Steve gave me 3 great options I can go with. I took the 2nd option as it was going to give me more torque, which is what I was looking for. He had the motor in very quick. He also made a great suggestion as to add a sway bar to my cart because of the lift I have. This helped the drivability immensely. When he asked me to stop by to do a test run. He also explained to me that there were several other minor things that needed to be looked at. Which he did at no charge. I couldn't believe it. The cart runs fantastic! Thanks, my man! I will defiantly recommend Steve and his shop going forward. If you're looking for a fix or a complete custom job this is your guy.
