I have been wanting to go to a chiropractor for a super long time but had never actually made the time for it. After going through a time when I spent most of my day sitting down, I started experiencing a lot of lower back pain. It hasn't gone away ever since even though I don't sit as much anymore. Recently, I must have slept funny or something because I woke up with intense neck pain. My entire neck hurt and I had limited mobility. After mentioning it to my friend, he told me about a Groupon he had just bought for a chiropractic package for $35. I looked into it and it was such a great deal! It included the initial consultation and x-ray, two adjustments, AND an hour massage. I bought it over the weekend and it was actually $25 since they were running a special that day. I called to make the appointment and the staff was super friendly. I love that they have late appointments (5pm) so I don't have to ask off work or anything. Once there, despite it being super busy, the staff was helpful and fast. They have you fill out a questionnaire. Dr. Kasbaum was great explaining the X-ray to me and answering all my silly questions. While you wait, they hook you up to these electrical pads for muscle stimulation. It's tingly and fun! The adjustment felt SO great! I'm pretty sure every bone in my neck popped. It did not hurt at all and all my pain went away! I kept feeling like I would somehow mess it up afterwards. The pain and discomfort I was experiencing has completely vanished, only after one session! Can't wait to go back. Service was super quick too. Now let me tell you about the massage. BEST EVER! It had been a while since I got one and it reminded me why everyone needs them in their life. Telisha was so attentive and just wonderful all around. I was in a car accident several years ago and after the giant never ending rain storm in May 2015, I could hardly walk without needing to sit or take some seriously heavy painkillers. My mom referred me to this Chiro and I am glad I found him. Dr. Breck Kasbaum is the Chiropractor on duty and he's very knowledgeable! Candy, Mona, and Kendra are the techs who process the intakes, payments, scheduling, and assist with the rollerbeds and tens thingys :) They are very efficient, even with a waiting room full of patients. They also have onsite licensed massage therapists, so I highly recommend getting them! I started going three times a week, moved to twice a week, once a week and down to every other week. The adjustments, along with the massages really helped get me back to my regular self. I now go every other week and get a massage after each visit. I wish I had the chance to be worked on by Dr. Breck himself. I am really not a fan of the female Doctor Who did my initial assessment and alignment. She was very impersonal and made me feel rushed. Granted, if you are there during normal business hours for a chiropractic visit, it was like a revolving door of clients. I came back a second time for a full body massage. Desiree was the person who did my massage, and she did a good job. I would return to her. If you wanna be chatty during your massage, she will be chatty if you don't, she won't. The office itself is very clean, but I'm guessing that they just have had a huge influx of business at this new location and with so many people buying their deal on Groupon. I did not get a confirmation call before my massage, and when I went to call the day of to confirm, Nobody was there and I did not get a call until two hours after my massage. I literally just left his office, got into my car and sobbed. I've been in pain everyday for so long. I couldn't sit for more than 10 minutes without excruciating pain and after 2 visits i am Pain Free. My wife recommended him after months of fixing her pelvis and she was completely right, he can do magic. His staff are all kind and helpful. The office is very nice. He's a miracle man. I used to be a patient here and returned on Sept. 16, 2020 for an adjustment. I was shocked and dismayed to witness the staff's complete indifference to the health of their patients. Dr Kasbaum is great! This is the first chiropractor I'd ever been to, and everyone was so friendly! I've tried other places and came back to them! The Dr is very friendly and knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions you have. They have you lay on a massage table before any adjustments and it seems to really make a difference. I purchased a Groupon for two adjustments and a one hour massage. I never expect much from any Groupon services but I was pleasantly surprised with this one! Despite it looking pretty busy when I walked in, they really hustle and are very respectful of your time. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Breck was great. He reviewed my x-rays with me and made sure to answer any questions. After just two adjustments now I can really feel a difference! I had a massage with Jennifer and I can honestly say it was hands down the best massage I've ever had! We tried out their services on a groupon about two years ago. My fiance liked the massage but we weren't able to make it back for a while and kind of forgot about the place. Six months ago we saw a two-pack pop up on livingsocial and decided to give them another shot. Whoops, that was a mistake! They really, really don't appreciate users with vouchers and were very rude to us. They cited the Groupon we had purchased previously as the reason for their hostility. As if Groupon and LivingSocial was the same service!!! I attempted to address this with the manager of the business and she refused to offer so much as an apology. She was very terse with me and implied we were trying to take advantage of their business. It's outrageous - if you don't want to offer the voucher, don't offer the voucher. If you don't want to honor the LivingSocials of groupon users (or vice versa) put a disclaimer on the listing or don't use both services. We followed the requirements listed on the listing! I would have appreciated some admission of a mistake or at the very least an earnest apology but all I got was a snide response. Well, fine; There's plenty of other chiropractors and massage therapists in town, that don't go out of their way to make their customers feel like trash for taking advantage of specials they offer. read more
