If I had known I'd be here for well over an hour without being seen, I would've planned my day differently. Patients can't exactly bill you for lost wages or services not rendered... or can we? Side note the gray sofas in the waiting room are atrocious and should be tossed, unless you enjoy sitting in the couch and nearly onto the floor. My spine was not thrilled with the surprise of this. Do better with your scheduling and charge people if they have a habit of showing up late or being no shows. Nothing drives behaviors like taxing their wallets.

Recently, I must have slept funny or something because I woke up with intense neck pain. My entire neck hurt and I had limited mobility. After mentioning it to my friend, he told me about a Groupon he had just bought for a chiropractic package for $35. I looked into it and it was such a great deal! It included the initial consultation and x-ray, two adjustments, AND an hour massage. I bought it over the weekend and it was actually $25 since they were running a special that day. I called to make the appointment and the staff was super friendly. I love that they have late appointments (5pm) so I don't have to ask off work or anything. Once there, despite it being super busy, the staff was helpful and fast. They have you fill out a questionnaire. Dr. Kasbaum was great explaining the X-ray to me and answering all my silly questions. While you wait, they hook you up to these electrical pads for muscle stimulation. It's tingly and fun! The adjustment felt SO great! I'm pretty sure every bone in my neck popped. It did not hurt at all and all my pain went away! I kept feeling like I would somehow mess it up afterwards. This review is long overdue because I've seen Dr Brad for so many different lingering aches and pains. This last visit of June 2026 was for my shoulder tendon that was strained from weight lifting at the gym with my 6'5" workout partner who is always pushing me. Additionally I had an old injury to the metatarsal bones in my right foot from a dirt bike accident in 2005 where my foot got stuck under a root going up a hill under some trees in a forested area that became painful after my boots cracked on a dirt bike ride at Carnegie in January 2026 which X-rays showed some arthritis and misalignment of bones due to arthritis and prior broken bone. The other issue was my recurring hip pain. He used a tap rope device and some acupuncture on my shoulder and it felt instantly good and one week later feels so much better and my tenge of motion is back! He put me on the table and assessed my hips and noted I was physically tight due to muscle tension and dis some manipulation of my hips and lower back, which unbind me as I was hunching over somewhat. Dr Brad told me his son learned some unique techniques for foot treatment and that his son was better at feet, so he corralled his son on the spot and he saw the bump on my foot , asked me some questions and then realigned my foot for instant relief and has felt better walking without the sharp bone pain ever since. The office is easy to get to on the first floor at the front of the building as my mom uses a walker. And the waiting area is comfortable, there was a lot of athletes in there waiting to be seen. The office is well Run and the costs of treatment for co pay was very reasonable. Dr. Brad used to travel to teach his refined techniques, to include trips to Stanford University in CA, but now that he is older, he is staying in OK. But I will Continue to travel to see him as he has been helpful for every issue I've had and not needed a bunch of follow up visits!

I needed a chiropractor that could work on structural alignment and soft tissue damage; I was happy to find him online and so appreciated that they could see me as an emergency patient before they closed at noon on that Friday. Besides using the activator, Dr. Hayes used dry needle technique and manually adjusted my severely damaged muscle and soft tissues with his thumbs. He was both professional and down to earth, explained things thoroughly to me and my husband, was genuinely interested in my well-being, and I felt he treated me as one of his own patients. Knowing that we were driving to other relatives the next day and that we wouldn't be home for five days, he generously worked on me for two hours, almost the entire time after hours! I've been to two different chiropractors in my life and one just always seemed so busy and always did the exact same thing every time. The other one took the time to personalize treatment but their location was farther from my house and without a car, it was hard to reach. I had always heard great things about Dr. Mike and I was happy to find out their new location is very convenient for me, on 55th & Lewis. Diane, at the front desk, always greeted me with a smile (even though we were wearing masks, I could tell she was smiling) and was super helpful accommodating my Credit Care payments. Dr. Mike took the time not only to do a full assessment and recommend the appropriate treatment, but also demonstrating exercises that would alleviate my specific pain/problem areas at home. He was so helpful, I started writing the exercises down so I wouldn't forget them. One time when my pain was particularly acute, he suggested acupuncture and fascial blading. I had never tried either and I was amazed. I felt relief almost immediately. Highly recommend it!

When I called on Monday to dispute this I was told I should've left a message and there was nothing they could do before hanging up on me. I think the 24 hour cancellation policy is perfectly fair but only if there are accessible and functional ways to do so.
