I have never written a review before but I really wanted to express my gratitude to Dr. Griswold for the excellent treatment he has given me. And to tell anyone who needs chiropractic help, that this is the place to come. I went to Dr. Griswold on the advice of a friend who is currently seeing him for back pain. I live about 45 miles from Tulsa and wasn't looking for someone so far away but after that first visit and the expert treatment done on my neck, I was hooked. I no longer have headache, my range of movement is great and he took time to explain everything in great detail. l felt like he genuinely cared about easing my pain. During one visit he asked how I was doing and I told him that my neck was doing great but I was having trouble lifting a gallon of milk with my left arm. It hurt around my elbow and forearm so much that I had to use both arms to get the milk back in the refrigerator. He immediately started work on my arm, which surprised me because I thought it was an age related thing. After two treatments on my arm I can now lift a gallon of milk using just the one arm with no pain at all. I also want to say what a great office assistant he has in Brennan. Before I saw Dr. Griswold she sat down with me and made me feel at ease. She never fails to ask about my kids or grandkids and always has a smile on her face. A very special lady! With so many businesses severely lacking in customer service, it's nice to see someone who takes the time and effort to speak pleasantly with the patients. Two thumbs up! I've been having chiropractic adjusts by Dr Matt Griswold and his well trained team of chiropractors for many years. They expanded the business to surrounding Tulsa communities, like Jenks and Owasso, to reach their patient base. I've always felt I got the best adjustments from Dr Matt but did get adjusts by the other doctors when he was out or it was more convenient to go to the closer clinic to my home. They appear to have invested heavily to train and support the new chiropractors before they placed them in the expanded facilities. They gained experience and training and used 918Chiropractic as a stepping stone (such is life). I'm sure Dr Matt will have other well trained doctors to fill the shoes of Dr John and Dr Hunter that moved own to blaze their own trail. read more

I have had back issues since I was 15. Multiple surgeries and hardware. Started going to Dr. Matt when I got pregnant out of fear of the weight gain and knowing my abs would not being able to stay as strong throughout; knowing that would add a lot of pressure to my lower back. I am 39 weeks today and can honestly say not only has he helped the entire pregnancy be very comfortable but I have no back pain. His knowledge is through the roof making sure my hips stay even and open for a smoother delivery. He has been a god send for round ligament pain. Overall highly recommend for any chiropractic needs but also if you are expecting. I've always had immense back pain which made my neck extremly tense; thus resulting in horrible headaches. After paying a visit here, the frequency of my headaches have severely dropped. Furthermore, my neck and back are not as tense anymore. Moreover, the wait time to get treated was no long at all. The inside of the building is extremely clean and professional looking. Also, making an appointment was extremely easy as well. Dr. Matt was an extremely gentle chiropractor who was very patient and kind with me. He made sure to add certain levels of pressure at a time until I told him it was too much. As I played many sports, I also had other parts of my body that were extremely sore. My daughter Alice suffered from Acid Reflux/Gerd at 1 week of age. She would cry after every feeding for hours, thrashing in pain until she would eventually wear herself out and fall asleep. It was absolutely heartbreaking. Her twin brother Walt suffered from Torticollis and could only turn his head to the left causing a flat spot on the side of his head. (no doubt an effect of sharing such a small space for 9 months) He too often cried for long periods of time and was always stiff and uncomfortable. My husband and I were hardly surviving as new parents with no more than 2 hours of sleep a day. We took them to our Pediatrician and saw a little improvement but were still experiencing hours and hours of crying. After hours of sleep-deprived research, I decided to bring them to Dr. Matt. We had a consultation and he actually listened to me and never once told me I was doing anything wrong. (YES, people were telling me that!) He was reassuring that I should always trust my instincts first, gently guided me and made suggestions. He has been adjusting them both for several weeks now and I can not believe how much of a difference it has made. We noticed improvements right away, Dr. Matt is confident with babies but at the same time handles them so gently. Now at 12 weeks of age Alice no longer cries after eating and Walt can turn his head both ways. Its as if I have two completely different babies!
