They appear to have invested heavily to train and support the new chiropractors before they placed them in the expanded facilities. I called to make the appointment and the staff was super friendly. I love that they have late appointments (5pm) so I don't have to ask off work or anything. Once there, despite it being super busy, the staff was helpful and fast. They have you fill out a questionnaire. Dr. Kasbaum was great explaining the X-ray to me and answering all my silly questions. While you wait, they hook you up to these electrical pads for muscle stimulation. It's tingly and fun! The adjustment felt SO great! I'm pretty sure every bone in my neck popped. It did not hurt at all and all my pain went away! I kept feeling like I would somehow mess it up afterwards. While you can book online, you can't cancel - it instructs you to call. When I called today the person I talked to just said ok and cancelled it. I then see a 50% charge on my card on file. When I called to ask about it and to see if perhaps I could get even a partial refund if I rebooked and the answer was "I don't have any way to do that".
