The service isn't too bad, and they're friendly, but unless you speak up, they may do whatever they feel like doing to get you ready for your adjustment/treatment. The treatment itself is ok. It gets me through a week or so, but my back feels the difference when it's treated here instead of where it used to be treated. The treatments don't keep my back in place as long, and so after about a week or so, I'm back to square one. All in all, it's an ok place if you're looking for a cheap chiropractic alternative to routine back maintenance, but if you have a serious problem like an injury from a car accident or scoliosis, you probably want to look elsewhere.

"Expect Miracles" is what they have painted on their walls. It indeed would be a miracle if their approach to healthcare offered any relief. In fact, Inside Out refused to address the cause of my pain "until I'd been a patient 3 months". Why might this be? Because after 12 weeks of therapy you'd be in debt to them for over $1800 based on their used car sales approach to structuring your billing. The combination of a cult and a gym staffed with used car sales veterans, "praising Jesus", would best explain their approach and interaction. Further, standing behind God as a means to defraud people by espousing faith to gain trust, is an instance where the word "despicable" truly applies. If you're seeking a solution to back pain or any other health struggle - do yourself, your family and your friends a favor and seek out any other alternative. Simply, you could imagine your back to be adjusted and it'd likely be more effective than the $50 spent per visit at Inside Out. Since college I've had shoulder pain & have always wanted it looked at, and for $21 bucks I figured I'd give it a shot. When I got here I was I was impressed with the laid back clean vibe of the office & how quickly Dr. Hoose saw me. Kim is a very sweet receptionist who set everything up for me on the phone & also greeted me at the door. Dr Hoose took in House X-rays & read them that day. Then he adjusted my spine & gave me exercises to strengthen my shoulder. I thought there would be an extra charger or the X-rays but it was all truly $21 dollars! All new patients get an x-ray. It had been a while since I had one and I'm glad I did! Dr. Smith's took the time to explain the issue and why I was in so much pain (herniated disk, pinched nerves, misalignment). He also made me aware of how gastrointestinal issues can put pressure on our backs. I never made that connection. I've been going in three times a week and I'm happy to report that I'm feeling a lot better. When you come in, you spend about 10 minutes on the roller massage table, 10 minutes on the electrical stimulation machine followed by a body massager.
