He offered to recommend another company to help out if I couldn't wait, but I'm so glad I wasn't in too much of a hurry. He even offered a few things I could do before he made it out in case I needed earlier relieve in my situation. We booked an appointment for immediately following his return. He arrived that day and took great care to ensure that he didn't track any dirt into the house. Upon inspecting the situation, he carefully connected his vacuum to the inside of the dryer vent and switched it on. Having had other dryer vent cleaners in the past simply use the dryer to blow air from inside the house I asked why he was using the vacuum inside. His answer made me so glad I selected him company. He said that other vent cleaners use that technique and when they clean the vent, all the lint and debris blows across the roof and down into the yard making a huge mess that they don't generally clean up to any level of satisfaction. I never blamed them since it seemed impossible to accomplish. But in Mr. Burger's case, his technique left my roof, yard and laundry room spotless from lint and dust. It was amazing how simple the solution was to get it perfect. Now my drying is working perfectly and it was clear that the problem was the buildup of lint in the pipes.
