So we tried that, but I could not get comfortable on her table and though she applied the stones and pressure as she could, she never really achieved enough pressure to relieve my pain and situation. I left there unrelieved, and a chiropractor the next day took care of the problem. I feel like there were some language issues as well, so your experience may be different.

Erin always takes me to a room with a smile and positive conversation. My primary O.M.D. is Ellie Chelli, who has improved my quality of life physically and emotionally. She is an exceptional doctor and caring individual. However, I would trust my care to the other doctors in the office. Expert care, a calming environment, and consistently effective treatments. I always leave feeling better--both physically and mentally - with a sense that all is well in the world. Highly recommended.

We are notorious for finding a good massage no matter where we travel so this was no surprise. We were so impressed by Stacy's professionalism, her technique, and her open schedule that particular day to be able to work with all 3 of us. I have never had someone work out the stiffness in my neck like Stacy did! She also used essential oils if you wanted them. I can't say enough great things about her. You need to see for yourself!

I've been seeing Julie for a few years now to treat my chronic neck and back pain. She's done more…read morefor me than just ease pain, but has also helped my life in general. I recently finished a structural integration series with Julie and was very excited after she received her certification as it's something I've always wanted to try. Acupuncture, chiropractic, physical therapy and massage therapy have only given me temporary relief. I've even had several injections (epidurals, blocks, etc) with no results. After the first few sessions of our SI series, there was a noticeable difference in not only my pain, but in my life. I was sitting/standing more upright, I was breathing easier, sleeping better, I wasn't in such a fog from pain, I was interested again in social life after work, etc.. it was a revelation. As simple as it sounds, she studies how you walk and can see exactly what needs to be worked on, not just in the massage studio, but for you to work on yourself. My job is very demanding physically, where I'm on my feet in a workshop full-time and by no means does this help with chronic pain, but having someone you can trust to assist your healing is incredible. She's very accommodating, quick to respond and can sometimes get you in, in a pinch (literally). Always a pleasure to be around, I'll continue to see Julie for years to come!

I have been struggling with back pain for the the last couple of years including neck and back surgery, scoliosis and hip bursitis. I have been seeing a wonderful cranial sacral practitioner (Patty Gilbertson of Body Balancing) for the last 5 years but she can only straighten me out then my fascia and muscles seem to pull me back out of alignment. So Julie's technique is a wonderful adjunct therapy. She has a gentle, calm demeanor along with her wonderful touch and knowledge of the body.

By the way, the room is beautiful comfortable smells good and she was absolutely delightful. I can tell you it was one of the best massages I have had in a long time and I am an expert on massages. I go for a massage every two weeks with the same person for the last 18 years, but I was given a gift certificate from Massage with Kaitlyn. I can tell you she will be my fill-in and if there ever comes a time when my current massage therapist retires she will be my choice. I highly recommend her and she also works with veterans so if you are a veteran and you get a prescription from your doctor, her fee will be paid for by the VA. She is currently treating many veterans for pain management. she is located downtown off of telegraph and Curry in a very convenient location... guarantee you will walk away feeling great.
