What can I even say! Let me paint you a picture: I am from…read moreout of town, visiting south lake tahoe for the weekend. I have eyelash extensions from a DIFFERENT lady. I am in town and my eyes start to swell and i get crust and puss forming around the extensions. So of course, being 2 hours from home on vacation, I could not go home to get them checked out. I hop onto yelp and message the first place I can find, which happens to be Bri. I messaged her at 10pm explaining to her what happened, and I get a phone call within 3 minutes from her asking me to come in the following day for a check up. Upon arrival, I explain to her that lash extensions are huge for me; they make me feel pretty decent on not so decent days. She does her best to save them, and lets me know that the individual who applied these actually attached them to my eyelid and also was attaching 4-6 lashes on each one of my original eyelashes which is not okay. She gets me cleaned up and fixes them and let's me know that this could save them, but we would have to wait. The following day, which happens to be a Sunday, i wake up to swollen eyes and crust, even worse then before. I messaged Bri immediately and she asked me to come in ON A SUNDAY, at 4. She is closed on Sunday's. She lets me know that this is the worst case she has ever seen and that I need to go to urgent care ASAP. To make a long story short: Bri is EDUCATED. She is someone who cares for her customers and knows exactly what she is talking about. She re applied a few lashes and they looked great! (before they got removed).
