I booked an appointment and lost my paperwork, I forgot the name of the store and also forgot the phone number & sadly even her name. I feel so badly about the situation. I hope she sees this and knows who I am. I hope she can give me a second chance. I hurt so badly, all the time. I believed she was really going to help me. I don't know how to rate her, since I didn't go. I believe she really can heal someone with a great massage. Again, my apologies. read more

Best massage I've ever had! When I came in to see Carol today, my jaw was lock open on the right side. I had shooting pain down my left arm (which I have all the time) I had an appointment with the TMJ specialist in Reno the day before and was quoted $6,700 to help relieve my pain (on top of the $760 consultation fee) i spent an hour and a half with Carol and my jaw is realigned and the pain I had in my jaw is almost completely gone! Pain in my left arm and hand has subsided. I will see her again in two weeks, as I need tools to help my body get stronger. It was the greatest massage ever and I look forward to much needed relief and healing. I am so thankful I found her, and I look forward to seeing her again. read more

Carol is absolutely amazing and full of knowledge. I have been getting massages my whole life. And nobody has ever explained things to me and worked my problem areas like she has. I had been suffering from chronic runny nose for over a year. I tried everything. Massages , acupuncture, sprays , you name it. Nothing helped. Carol massaged my sinuses and used essential oils, it's been over a week. And I feel great. I used to go through 15 tissues a day for my runny nose. I am down to 3 or 4 tissues. I can't wait for my next session. I highly recommend her. read more

My lower back has been hurting for 3 weeks, resulting in a few other muscle pains. Yesterday I went for an hour appt. Carol really "worked me over" - in a good way - after first listening to be sure she was aware of all issues. I was tired last night (again, in a good way). This morning I woke up pain free and went to my yoga class. Carol knows what she is doing. She is very caring. I will go back for occasional "maintenance" visits but she's so good at healing that she's putting herself out of work!! Thank you Carol!! read more

As a practicing chiropractor for over 20 years I have had plenty of dealings with "Massage therapists" in the past. Recently, I had the pleasure of undergoing a massage by Mrs. Drew and all I can say is my search is final over! Finally, I have someone who knows what needs to be done the minute she puts her hands on you. She is professional to a fault, she listens and asked questions that I was never asked before regarding what I would like to achieve through massage. After the first session my range of motion I was able to achieve in my shoulders had increased 50% (minimum). Now, all of my patients who need therapy I now feel confident that I have someone who I can refer too, who will actually benefit my patients. Lastly, this is not your average run of the mill massage if you want the "club rub" or the "spa" treatment go somewhere else! But if you are serious that you want to get issues delt with give Mrs. Drew a call, you won't be sorry (maybe a little when she is really working on you but afterward you'll be singing her praise). I almost don't want to do this review, because as soon as word gets around Carol will be over-booked! This is with out a doubt, a massage you need to try. Whether your a fan of massages in general, PT massages, general health and well being, muscle and joint therapy, you name it, this is the place to go for the works. Amazing, very highly recommended. And Carol is such a pleasure to do business with as well! read more
